Just what we needed for a 2 night stay visiting family. The house is very well equipped, clean, and just as described, minutes from the station. Close to tracks and footpaths for walks and 5 minutes from the shops. We had a lovely meal at The Red Lion on Saturday night - highly recommended. Thank you Krisztina.

The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we could need. Fiona even took the trouble to have milk there so we could give our toddler a bedtime drink as we arrived late. When I couldn't work the heating she was there to help. I think this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and if we are ever visiting Peterborough again we would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay over the weekend. Host was extremely helpful and attentive. House was clean, spacious and really well equipped. Could not fault it in the slightest. 5*

A very pretty barn conversion in the most glorious village close to many areas of natural beauty and just 20 minutes into Cambridge. Newmarket park and ride and Waterbeach station both incredibly close but the village was not full of traffic like many Cambridge villages are. Very well stocked kitchen and cosy lighting everywhere. We greatly appreciated the treats left for us and the bubble bath! The local pub has a doggie menu, which was splendid !!

We enjoyed our stay and the place was everything we wanted. Host left us milk and biscuits. Everything was easy to use and worked. Great parking and very quiet. All in all a great experience.

Had a lovely stay. This was the ideal place to rent for our visit to Cambridge, traveling with a group of 4. The house is decorated sweetly and fitted with everything we needed, including high chair and cot. Easy walk to the main sights of Cambridge and to the train station as well. Host was so communicative and friendly. Great value for the space as well. Can't go wrong renting this place!

A lovely, cosy cottage that was perfect for our stay. A great secure garden for the dogs and a shop 2 mins walk from the front door. Paul was a great host and provided clear directions and instructions for the property.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Brilliant. Great place, good value for money. Most of all there was nothing we didn't want for. Everything and more was provided and it felt welcoming and that Jean, the host, valued us as guests x

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

amazing stay at Stuart and Jane's lovely caravan and the surroundings were amazingly peaceful. the people in the other caravans were really friendly and talkative. the land surrounding the accommodation is well worth a walk around if you have time. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there anytime of the year. thankyou again guys🙂

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Fantastic location set in the grounds of the local Manor House.. Really clean & fresh just a great location for a peaceful getaway.

Louise accommodation is lovely and in clean. It very quite so great if you want to get away. There were slight issues with the WiFi. Louise was very helpful and responded to all our requests. Would highly recommend.

Peace and tranquil is just what we was looking for and that is exactly what we found here. Accommodation was faultless . Will return the next time we need to escape the hectic lifestyle. 👍

Had a great stay. Comfortable, well presented accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink. Combined with March parkrun it was a perfect weekend. Hope to visit again in the future.

Exactly what we needed for one night plus loads more. One of the most well stocked places we have stayed in with everything you could need. Exceptionally clean.

we live within a couple of hours of had property, bug fancied a weekend away and this cottage was perfect. As soon as you walked in you could tell it was well looked after and smelt clean and a fresh laundry smell and the bedding was also clean and smelled of fabric softener....which is a nice touch. The whole cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend. All amenities you could ask for and the host left us a nice welcome pack too.

Lovely hosts and extremely generous with little treats and fridge staples. Super comfy sofa and bed, perfect for the relaxing stay I needed! I loved the log burner and they provided the perfect amount of wood for the length of stay. Situated in beautiful countryside, offering lovely local walks and also a great rural option for those wanting to commute as I managed to meet up with friends in local towns/cities easily. 10 out of 10!

Really enjoyed our short stay at the Pavillion. Beautiful little annexe which was warm and cosy and all the amenities were perfect. It's in an idyllic little village which we enjoyed a walk around and was gave us the perfect peaceful getaway we needed. Mike and Emily were also very friendly and helped out when needed without any bother. We'll be back!

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.
