Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, όμορφο περιβάλλον, από τον εξωτερικό χώρο φαίνεται η παραλία από κάτω (κάθεσαι κάτω από το δέντρο, έχει τραπέζι και καρέκλα και απολαμβάνεις τη θέα και το αεράκι). Θέλει αυτοκίνητο. Το σπιτάκι είναι μικρό και ομορφουλι, έχει ο,τι χρειάζεσαι. Όλα ηταν λειτουργικά και όπως τα ανέφερε. Πολύ διακριτική η Μάγδα και εξαιρετικός κι ο μπαμπάς της. Beautiful home, well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the bus stop, which was great for our stay because we did not rent a car and went all around the region with day trips with fantastic service from Ktel. A 10 min walk from two plateias / squares with ample food and drink and shopping options. Further from the beach by foot, but only costs 5 euros to get a taxi to the beach and boardwalk and a 10 min drive. Highly recommend this stay!

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

πεντακαθαρο και πανέμορφο σπίτι ,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , υπήρχε ηρεμία και ησυχία , ο κήπος πανέμορφος και περιποιημένος επίσης πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοτατοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή μας όταν ξαναπάμε στην Φοινικούντα

We booked this wonderful house for a month in October. It was the perfect holiday house for us. Very clean and uncluttered. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked exactly as it should. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure that had everything we needed. The area around Gialova and Pylos is very beautiful - so many interesting places to visit, lots of quiet beaches, and this house is in the best place to visit them all. Or, if like us, you prefer to be lazy, you can sit and look at the flamingos on the lake with the sea behind it. Thank you to the whole family for welcoming us so warmly and making our holiday very special.
