We had a great stay close to everything also enjoyed a show at the Whiterock Theatre. You will not be disappointed this is a perfect base for a Hastings visit and Madelaine made it very welcoming. Thankyou once again.

We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

We had a fantastic three day stay at Silvijas place. Ideal location stepping out just down the road from the beach and the space itself was beautiful. Large and comfortable and really light in the mornings. We had everything we needed and the place was a great find for us. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay exploring Dungeness. Clean, comfortable, compact.

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Der Blick durch die Fenster im Wohn- und oben im Schlafzimmer ist super schön und hat etwas beruhigendes. Der Strand ist über eine kleine Mauer im Vorgarten direkt erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft klein und gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was es benötigt. Die Betten sind mega gemütlich und alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Simone ist gut erreichbar, hat alles bestens beschrieben und war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat einen Willkommens-Gruß und -Snack bereitgestellt und, da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren, hat sie uns sogar einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett besorgt. Da wir in den Bewertungen gelesen hatten, die Unterkunft sei schlecht zu finden: wir haben sie aufgrund der genauen Beschreibung sofort gefunden und hatten keinerlei Umstände! Auch der Hinterhof war einfach der Eingang von verschiedenen kleinen Häusern und Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

Vi var 8 damer som tilbragte noen helt fantastiske dager i Gigis hus i slutten av mars. Det var litt utenfor sesong, men allerede grønt og fint og beliggenheten rett ved sanddynene var helt magisk. Huset var stort, komfortabelt og veldig stilig innredet. Særlig sengene var veldig behagelige og luksuriøse. Huset har alt du trenger av utstyr for å diske opp med gode måltider til mange. Gigi var veldig hjelpsom med tanke på bestilling av matvarer og take-away og svarte alltid raskt på våre henvendelser. Anbefaler huset, verten og området på det varmeste. Rye og området rundt er virkelig sjarmerende og fullt av opplevelser. Vi var der uten bil, og det fungerte helt fint med tog fra flyplassen (Gatwick) og taxi til og fra Rye. Men husk å bestille taxi på forhånd. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

This is a such a nice apartment. The space is very bright and inviting. It is well appointed and extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and lack clutter. The fresh flowers were a great touch and made the space just that much nicer. The bathroom is perfect. It is all brand new and the shower had great pressure and temperature. My son and I were in town for a Brighton game and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The shore is literally a stones throw away and it's a quick walk to the train station and shopping areas. We tried a few restaurants on Joanne's suggestion and they were excellent. What a great stay!

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

I would highly recommend this beautiful annex. It’s situated just a stone throw from the beach. David was very helpful, kind and informative of the area. We had such a fabulous time with lovely walks on the beach with our little Waffle the dog. It was exactly what we needed nice and chilled with the weather on our side. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
