Top Lage mit Zugang zu einem öffentlichen Badesee (kostenfrei nutzbar). Man ist weit genug vom See weg, um nicht von Badegästen belästigt zu werden und nah genug, um schnell hinzulaufen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und neu eingerichtet. Familie Paulsteiner ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Fahrräder kann man problemlos unterstellen. Um einzukaufen braucht man sein Auto oder besser ein Fahrrad. Dafür ist die Lage prädestiniert. Aus unserer Wohnung heraus hatten wir Alpen- und Seeblick. Besser gehts nicht. Wir kommen wieder.

Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

If you are looking for a beautiful place inside and outside the apartment, with a wonderful sunset, a cozy balcony to read, streets to stroll, in short, paradise, go straight to Heidrun's apartment, who is also attentive, friendly and welcoming. This is a great place to stay for those looking to spend a few days in Munich touring. Fabian's home is 10 minute walk to Marienplatz which is the center of the city. His home is a few minutes walk to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Fabian was an excellent host as he was a quick communicator, very accomodating, and so kind!

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung von Daniela ist super schön eingerichtet und ganz fantastisch gelegen. Direkt gegenüber ist der Zugang zum Ammersee und man kann tolle Spaziergänge durch Wald und Felder machen, entlang des Sees flanieren und ab dem Frühjahr auch wieder ab dem nahe gelegenen Steg in Stegen Schiffstouren unternehmen. Ausflüge sind also garantiert :) Die Wohnung selbst war super zu erreichen, man konnte gut parken, der Zugang lief über eine Schlüsselbox und somit flexibel und alles war tiptop sauber. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Das Haus liegt in einem schönen, ruhigen Dorf. Die Gegend ist sehr schön aber auch etwas abgelegen. Ein Auto empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man braucht. Die Sauna ist natürlich das Highlight. Janin hat uns bei Fragen immer freundlich und schnell geholfen. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Skvělé místo, v blízkosti lyžařských areálů a pěkných tratí na běžky. Dům má krásnou jídelnu, dětem se líbila velká místnost s patrovými postelemi. Všude čisto. Isabell je velmi přátelská a nápomocná.

Wir waren ein Wochenende ist dieser tollen Wohnung am Achensee. Wir hatten noch nie eine so toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten die Tage genießen. Supermarkt und See sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden die Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen!

Super gute Lage, als Ausgang für viele Wanderungen. Mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen, der Bus vom Bahnhof Kochel fährt aber nur 1x die Stunde(allerdings auch problemlos an den Feiertagen). Basics wie Öl und Gewürze gab es auch in der Küche. In der Unterkunft war alles wie beschrieben, Check-In war sehr entspannt :)

Tolles Haus! Wir waren zu zehnt mit der Familie und es hatte ausreichend Platz. Küche toll ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles sauber. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten woran man merkt das an den Gast und sein Wohlbefinden gedacht wird. Die Terrassen sind der Traum im Sommer sicher noch mehr. Die Entsorgung des Mülls sehr durchdacht. Genügend Behälter und gut organisiert. Check-In und Check-Out einfach und sehr Gastfreundlich. Alles in Allem eine Absolute Empfehlung.

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Immenstadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar: Einkaufen, Wandern, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bergbahn. Kommunikation mit Jessi und Chris war sehr angenehm, schnell und völlig reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr schön und wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden! Jessi, Chris, vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Immenstadt (fürs Wetter könnt ihr ja nichts ;) )

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Ammersee und die Berge, eine einladende Terrasse mit hübsch gestaltetem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ideal auch zum Arbeiten (incl. WLAN). Wirklich ruhig und erholsam. Lana und Norbert waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Annika und Nicolai sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben und ohne das wir angefragt haben, stand ein Kinderbett für unsere Tochter bereit - sehr aufmerksam! Super Ausstattung! Vielen Dank

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Wolfgangs Wohbubg. Für die Kinder und uns war es der perfekte Ort, um aufzutanken. Wir sind viel gewandert und haben den Pool und die Sauna ausgiebig genutzt. Die Wohnung ist auch super ausgestattet und mit Sonnenschein hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und den schönen Walchensee.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for four months and find it quite a pleasant stay. It is well connected to everything in Landsberg and you can easily access nature as well. Only downside is that no supermarket is within walking distance, but Rewe is close by with 7min drive.
