We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

I literally felt the stress drain from my body the moment I stepped on to property. This roomy jungle bungalow and surrounding grounds feels like the most peaceful place on earth. The people I met there including host's dad were so kind and welcoming. My only wish is to visit again but for a longer stay.

The place is beautiful and super quiet although all the good stuff is only a five minute drive away. The place is super spacious and has a lovely view

This place is gorgeous, very spacious and gives you the feel of luxury for a fraction of the price. A beautiful surprise to us was the view from the terrace overlooking a body of water. There was also a quaint neighborhood park right outside of our villa doors. The location is everything! It’s right on the strip of all the activity. More massage places than you can imagine, restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. I really couldn’t ask for more. Where they could improve is to perhaps have better coordination with the villa chef they connected us with. I reached out several times and was left on read the first time and after following up, was told they were inquiring on the chefs availability to confirm and then never did. I asked well beyond the 1-2 day window so not sure what happened there. Also, I wish the electricity deposit was just build into the overall cost. I don’t like dealing with additional fees while vacationing. Otherwise amazing stay!

We booked this villa for a short holiday with family and friends. What an amazing property!! The villa is even more stunning than it looks in the pictures. Beautiful pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen, 3 nice spacious bedrooms and more. The location is also perfect, very near to Nai Harn beach, a short distance away from Rawai, Kata and Karon and a reasonable distance from Old Town. I don’t think we will be looking at other options for our next stay in Phuket. Only small issue, but this is no fault of the owners/managers of the property, is that when booking a Grab/taxi, drivers are usually directed by their GPS to an entrance of the gated community which is not open for their access. Hopefully this will get sorted soon by Google Maps.

tout était tout simplement parfait. L'accueil, le cadre, la gentillesse du personnel.... sans moyen de transport c'est plus compliqué mais possibilité de louer des scooter ou voiture directement sur place au même prix qu'en ville. à conseiller encore et encore

We had a great stay :) Our host was very responsive and easy to talk to, so that our late check-in and early check-out were a soloist no problem. We had a blast exploring everything and it was easy to just walk to the beach and enjoy the sun. 100% recommendation from us 😁

Het appartement was precies zoals op de foto's, zeer netjes. Hele mooie grote televisie in de woonkamer. We hebben ons goed vermaakt in Laguna en het iedereen aanraden. We gaan zeker nog eens terug komen. Bij het uitchecken waren wij nog iets vergeten en dat heeft hij ook nog voor ons opgehaald. Echt een goede service. Bedankt Aleksandr

Good place to stay because not to far from Bangtao beach and a lots of restaurants in this community. Tim was excellent host and we will be back again.

Really nice place to stay if you would like to be close to the sea and beach (just 15 mins walk). Two 7/11 spots are nearby as well as bunch of bike rentals, exchange points, pharmacies, and good cafes/restaurants. The place itself is really good - air conditioning, all the mandatory things for comfortable stay are included, as well as the building itself includes gym and swimming pool. Landlord is super helpful and quickly responds on all the questions/requests, so you can feel safe and secure to ask for any help. One thing to be mentioned as a separate note - as per Feb’25 there was building of the house happening next to the apartment of stay. So, be ready to have construction noises for the whole day that starts from 8am (tbh, we got used to it super fast and after one day of stay didn’t really mind it as woke up for beach and sea before 8am, and noises were till 6pm, so evenings and nights were calm and peaceful).

Die Cottages sind wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mit Roller ist die Lage super. Naturnahe Erholung garantiert! Lediglich ein paar Utensilien haben nicht mehr funktioniert (Föhn, TV, zT Beleuchtung) - dennoch nörgeln auf hohem Niveau! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

What an amazing place! ✨ We loved our two-week stay here, and Thanthip was so incredibly helpful! At first, we had trouble sleeping because of the freely roaming roosters, but she quickly solved the issue for us. She also arranged and booked everything for our trip to Phi Phi and Phuket! Also helped us with our laundry. Thank you! We would definitely come back when visiting Koh Lanta again—5/5!

Die Unterkunft von der Gastgeberin Pom ist fantastisch für einen „einfachen“ Urlaub auf Kho Yao Noi. Lage: Sie liegt im Westen und somit im Wohnviertel der Einheimischen, mit dem Roller kommt man aber schnell und unkompliziert überall hin. Unterkunft: Schönes, einfaches kleines Häuschen mitten im nirgendwo, alles sauber und wie beschrieben Gastgeberin: Per Telefon oder AirBnB immer zu erreichen, ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen Frühstück: Für 60 Baht angemessenes Frühstück, entweder Ei oder Pancakes Roller: Konnten wir direkt unkompliziert bei ihr mieten. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder, perfekt für einen etwas einfacheren Aufenthalt abseits der Resorts und Hotels.

Beautiful and clean bamboo cottage. Very peaceful place. A little far to walk to markets but other than that it was wonderful. Very kind host.

wir hatten eine tolle zeit in baan suan farm stay, besser hätten wir es uns nicht wünschen können! zu diesem preis auf koh lanta unschlagbar. es war super ruhig, das häuschen schön, in der mitte der insel also gut erreichbar vom touristischen norden und dem schönen ruhigen süden. die terrasse ist ein traum und alles ist sauber und hochwertig. alle waren nett und die kommunikation unkompliziert. sehr gerne wieder!
