View was outstanding and it was super clean.

We loved this spot, especially for New Years with the beach and clubs in walking distance. The pool was our favorite, and feels like a different world in comparison to the Main Street. Only issue was while Justine was amazing, Sunisa was quite rude, unprofessional and short with any questions we had. We had a surprise charge for water and gas after check in and her only concern was bullying that additional money out of us during our holiday.

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Wanna et tout a été parfait. Elle est flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil, autant sur les bonnes adresses et spots que la location de scooter. Nous recommandons vivement !

Great apartment and wonderful host! After a month in Phuket, we were a bit tired of all the tourists, so this place was perfect for a peaceful stay. The location is fantastic, offering a quiet escape while still being conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more relaxed vibe!

Joey is very responsive..replied to all my text very promptly..i requested for iron and iron board and was provided by Joey b4 i checked in..the place was easy access, 7e is next door..pharmacy is next door..one good thing because my daughter caught on fever during my stay..rooftop swimming pool is soo cool! easier to find tuktuk..12 mins walk to patong beach..parking space is limited..but overall i am satisfied with the place and the host! surely will recommend this place to others

Very pleasant stay experience, the neighborhood is very convenient, opposite can see the sea, next door is 711 supermarket, shopping is very convenient. On the first day of check-in, I found that the sheets were not clean, communicated with the administrator, and immediately solved it for me! The community environment facilities are also very good, different swimming pools, the children like it!

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Tim and Wit were always responsive, and answered our queries almost in a real time manner. I stayed with my girlfriend, and we had a medical issue that was potentially serious. Within minutes, they came to drive us to the local clinic. And Wit stayed by our side for hours in case, additional help was needed. Tim lived locally so he knew the best nearby restaurants, and so he informed us accordingly. In fact, within a short walking distance, there were several Thai places that provided delicious meals with courteous service. Tim's places all provided access to quiet, almost empty, beaches, and beautiful sunset views in the evening. We stayed for a full month, and enjoyed and appreciated Tim's place as well as his service. So much so that we booked another full month for the following year.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very new and clean. Lots of space to chill and hangout. There’s a 7-11 within walkable distance and a noodles place was very local and yummy. Club house is very close by and not crowded

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What a great find, we’ve had 5 weeks in Jayden’s house. Perfect location down a quiet street, residential area with lovely people that live nearby. House has everything you need, even did all my washing before I came home!! It’s near to all the restaurants & bars & the temple market, any questions you have Jayden responded quickly a really lovely host. I would highly recommend this house it was brilliant

Het was een heel mooi huis! We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad en zouden hier zeker nog eens terug gaan. Rustig gelegen, mooi, schoon zwembad. In het huis alles wat je nodig hebt, uitgebreide keuken en fijn dat er ook een wasmachine is. Lieve mensen! Kamala zelf is ook redelijk rustig. Wel leuke restaurants en wat winkeltjes. Drukkere plaatsen in de buurt, niet ver met de taxi. Mooi strand in Kamala!

Mike was extremely responsive in all of our communications. He would literally respond within 10 minutes to every text I sent and he was a wealth and treasure trove of local knowledge. And I sent him 100’s of texts with lots of questions. :) From night markets to water parks - Mike was very helpful in planning our family vacation. His communication and hands on helpfulness is what sets his condo apart from any other experience online. Everything was great about the house! Comfortable AC + a nice pool + a full kitchen made it a great stay. You have great access to all the best restaurants without being in the party party area of Patong!

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Last but not least, it was great dealing with Cory as well. I will make sure to book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

Had such an amazing time at this apartment. More like a 5 star stay. Apartment was super clean, spacious and the staff was welcoming. It’s 2mins walk to the beach. Would love to come back.

This penthouse is actually highest or second highest apartment in Ao Nang right side area. We spend a lot of time in palcony of this apartment. Near apartment is bigger market and 7-elevens. Everything is in walking distance. Condo’s employees are very friendly. Waratip has made very good guides that we didnt need help st all. But She answered very fast after our journey, We had Ao Nang’s best view all the time in our hands!

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

Bott i många lägenheter i Tower. Den här låg på 14de våningen,helt sanslöst,skulle gå ut och äta varje kväll,slutade med take Away och Balkongen,underbart.i köket fanns allt man behövde (kanske en ljuslist under skåpen, ganska mörkt där Underbara sängkläder och säng. Båda AC fungerade perfekt. Sen kommer vi till Mr David och hans fru som skötte om lägenheten, Fanns alltid allt,sådan lyhördhet och fingertoppskänsla, och alltid tillmötesgående, mantrat va aldrig några problem bara möjligheter Två stora golvfläktar som var värda guld,som man kunde flytta runt när Ac blev för kall. Allt va påfyllt när vi kom, Mr David visade det viktigaste i lägenheten Man har lärt sig, är Ken ansvarig,då vet man att det fungerar. Stort tack för att ni hjälpe till och göra våra tid perfekt.
