Wir hatten eine sehr schöne zeit in der unterkunft. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Und die lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Eric war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Er hat immer sofort auf fragen und wünsche reagiert. Auch bei der anmietung von motorrädern und buchen von aktivitäten war er sehr hilfreich und hat uns sogar rabatte verschafft. Ich kann die unterkunft nur weiter empfählen.

Michael's place and his attitude contributed greatly towards the wonderful experience of our trip. Not an easy job to list all the good things and memories. Michael moved check-in and check-out times for us. Still we received the place in a squeaky clean condition and had zero issues with the next guests. Not only he provided some great tips on places worth visiting and dinning, his hint led to THE BEST evening we had in Phuket. Some beautiful scenic views and great people. He helped us with transfers to the property and back to the airport. Organised a rent car and it's delivery for a decent price. While so far I prefer to explore various places and rarely stay at the same place twice, but I believe there is a great chance we are going to return, if Michael agrees to have us again. Veldig flott sted som jeg anbefaler! Jeg og min familie bodde her i en uke. Perfekt for barna, med basseng og en trapp som leder direkte ned til en liten og rolig strand. Området var perfekt for oss, vi søkte rolige omgivelser uten for mye turister. Det kan være verdt å merke seg at dette krever litt ekstra innsats ved at man må bestille taxi for å komme seg til og fra huset (kun 3-4 min med taxi til Rawai), og det kan være lurt å være forberedt på å bruke apper for både mat- og taxibestilling. Den siste veien, ca 500 meter, til huset er litt humpete og noen taxier ville ikke kjøre helt frem. Belønningen med en slik lokasjon er at du bor i et paradis uten de store folkemengdene som du ser veldig mange andre steder. Anbefaler The beach house på det sterkeste!

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très confortable. La maison est bien agencée , la piscine est très agréable et le cadre aussi. Kris a été de très bon conseil en ce qui concerne les visites et activités a faire autour du logement. Il nous a également proposé de nous réserver un taxi pour nous rendre a l’aéroport ce que nous avons apprécié. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances a Ao Nang.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Miles hat sich immer sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab ein Problem mit Wasser im Bad was aber gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war die 1. die nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das war sehr gut. Ich würde wenn Rawai dann zu Miles gehen. Eigentlich wählten wir Rawai zum Inselhopping was dann aber auch woanders war. Zum schwimmen würde ich andere Strände empfehlen. Hier fährt ein Bus ab für wenig Geld Richtung Airport. Dieser fährt auch zu den Stränden auf dieser Seite (Karon)… Wir danken Miles für den Aufenthalt und die sofortige Hilfe. Alles Gute 🍀

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Toss! Seine Mama hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles wichtige gezeigt! Die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles war in einem TOP Zustand. Allgemein die Anlage war super modern und die Community sehr entspannt. wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.☺️

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Thanks so much - I would definitely stay again!☺️ 5*

Séjour fantastique. L appartement est très bien placé dans la résidence. Tout est impeccable. Commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons à 100%! Sukanya est une hôte remarquable et toujours disponible. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Un bémol concernant les transats à la piscine car il y en a très peu et presque jamais disponibles des 9h! Mais Sukanya n y est pour rien !

superbe villa, jardin exotique sublime, le personnel gentil et bienveillant, petit dejeuner servi à table, le plaisir absolu. Un grand bémol, maison près d'une route ,beaucoup de trafic, bruyant durant la nuit. Faudrait choisir les villas au fond du jardin nettement plus au calme.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, Mon Mari moi et mes enfants, le personnel est incroyable, la rapidité et les échanges pareils, le logement était d’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé le service Menage tous les jours vraiment je recommande 10/10 ça va aller largement son prix. Je suis vraiment heureuse d’avoir passé un séjour avec eux. Je recommande !!! sans parler de la gentillesse de ce peuple et surtout de leur personnel. Ils sont d’une gentillesse absolue. Bravo

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

Mem was an excellent host. She was always available and provided very good pieces of advice. She was always extremely reactive and organised trips on the last minute.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Прекрасная вилла! Просторная и красивая! Заботливый хозяин. Шикарный бассейн! В пешей доступности большие продуктовые магазины. Такси легко находит. Приватность на высоком уровне - тихо, нет посторонних людей. Есть охрана. Удобные кровати. Завтраки очень вкусные! Шеф-повар прекрасно готовит. В один из дней мы заказали барбекю. Это было очень вкусно! Все было замечательно! Я и мои гости очень довольны! Большое спасибо!!

Превосходный хозяин, заселение прошло отлично, в ходе нашего пребывания были небольшие проблемы с бассейном и кондиционером, но Sarah и его команда быстро решили вопрос. Я и мои друзья очень довольны, спасибо большое!

It was amazing had a beautiful view and you can see it in the pool as well the beds were so comfortable that you would fall asleep easily check-in and check-out were very easy I would highly recommend for a nice private experience
