We stayed at this Airbnb with our friends, the place was lovely, very comfortable and clean! We had some difficulties with finding it, but the host was very helpful and assisted us. All furniture looked new and in good condition. The apartment is 7 minutes away from Central Phuket Mall, it was very convenient to walk there for groceries or dinners. They also have all luxury brands like Dior/LV there, in case you need it) We were very happy that we chose this place, really recommend it

Andrea is a great host that makes time for his guests as he is very helpful and friendly. He knows the neighborhood well and makes sure you're well taken care of

这次住宿让我们全家都非常满意！房子空间非常大，装修风格既现代又温馨，每个房间都布置得非常漂亮，干净整洁，住起来特别舒服。厨房设备也非常齐全，各种厨具和调料应有尽有，我们每天都能轻松做饭，特别适合喜欢自己下厨的家庭。房东人也超级好，沟通非常及时，有任何问题都能迅速解决，真的是有求必应，让我们住得非常安心。 总之，这次入住体验非常棒，强烈推荐给想要一家人一起出游的朋友们！下次有机会一定还会再来！

Had a very enjoyable stay the photos looked great but when you get inside it is amazing .The pool area was very relaxing complete with a BBQ. Just 10 minutes from the mission hills golf course played a big part in selecting this beautiful villa.Just a 5 minute walk to the mall.Thongchan was extremely helpful with her knowledge of the area.Will definitely be revisiting again .

Overall the Villa was great, but was a little bit worn and some photos do not match what you get, but it's understandable. The shops aren't far away, but you need transport to get to as you don't want walking on the road. Pool area was great where we spent most of the time and bedrooms tidy and clean. Design/architecture is modern and beautiful. I definitely recommend, as it is private and away from all tourists, so it's a nice paradise.

Our stay here was a wonderful experience. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus my parents. Plenty of room for the kids to play, both outside in the yard and inside the house. The house was very roomy and comfortable. Host is very responsive, helpful, and kind. The area is quite nice for great local and international restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. A couple of nights we heard people at the restaurant next door but all was mostly quiet after 10pm. I would stay hear again. A great value!

Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

Amazing place with accessibility to the beach nearby. A quiet place that ensures you a peaceful night rest after a long day exploring Phuket. Highly recommended

Вдоль набережной по вечерам готовят тайскую еду, продают фрукты, сувениры, одежду. Прямо во дворе массажный салон. Весьма не дорого и делают хороший массаж. Сама квартира как на фото. Большая, комфортная. Тихое место с видом на закаты и море. Отличный интернет. Стабильный, высокая скорость в среднем 100Мбит/с. Хозяйка чудесная, всегда была на связи. Было приятно общаться. До пляжа легко добраться. Хотя надо немного прогуляться. Вода чистая, на пляже убираются. Однозначно рекомендую.

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps

Premkamon is a great host. The place in itself is soo pretty, looks better in real-life then in pictures. Whenever I'll visit Thailand again, I'll surely come back to this property.
