I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

after having spent 5 month travelling in Thailand in budget hotels we treated ourselves with this lovely property! best decision we made!! we had such a great stay. the house is very lovely and nicely decorated. we felt right at home! it's tranquil and peaceful.

Nadezhda is a wonderful and very friendly host, can’t recommend her enough. The place was really lovely and much quieter than we’d expect, despite being close to the road. Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Axels Farm sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft sah in echt noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und allein an der Einrichtung erkennt man, wieviel wert Axel auf seine Gäste legt. Das Bett war mitunter das bequemste, welches wir in Thailand erlebt haben und die Minibar war himmlisch. Axel ist ein offener, immer erreichbarer Host mit dem man gute Gespräche führen kann und die Hunde, die auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen sind alle super lieb und haben uns die Tage nochmal extra versüßt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist ziemlich abgelegen von großen Aktivitäten, aber das war genau das richtige für uns, da wir es lieben nicht-touristische Orte zu erkunden. Das Dorf auf Stelzen, welches nur 8 Minuten entfernt liegt, war ein Highlight auf unserer Reise und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ebenso der Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Park in der Nähe war wunderschön, leer und voller Affen, die man in Ruhe bewundern konnten - Höhlen gab es dort auch viele.

We had an amazing stay at Maggie's place! The house was spotless, cozy, and just steps away from the beach—it couldn’t have been more perfect! Maggie was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions for check-in and great recommendations for local spots. The little town nearby was a gem. Don’t miss the Pearl Shop and Farm—it’s just a short walk along the beach and a unique experience. The smoothie shop right in front of the house was a favorite of ours, with the friendliest staff and everything you could possibly need, including help with booking a long boat for snorkeling or island adventures. 'At the Beach' was another highlight for sunset drinks and dinner—absolutely breathtaking. We had such a wonderful time and would love to come back again!

Everything was fine but we were expecting a cottage and we basically got 2 hotel rooms, which wasn’t that big of a problem to be honest. The host was nice and helpful, every day we would find some bottled water left out on the terrace. Overall everything was quite nice.

I absolutely loved staying here. I've been traveling for over a month and this was the first place I felt totally at home. The bathroom was lively and it was so nice to cook in the kitchen. After I left I thought: oh it felt so good to be there it felt like a big hug. Then I remembered that is the name of their place! Hehe thanks so much!

This was a last-minute booking (we were scheduled to fly into a typhoon). Vin was extremely helpful making the booking and organising a taxi on short notice (while I was navigating flight check-in). The location is on a quiet section of Phuket, ideal for families who want quiet and relax. The place is as described in the pictures although it is a small resort with individual bungalows, and not a single apartment. Great scenery on the beach.

We, a family of five with three young children (5 years old, 4 years old, and 1 year old), had a wonderful time at the accommodation, which is in a quiet location with a very short walk to the beach. Although the location is very private, there are ATMs, restaurants, mini-markets, fruit stands, and souvenir shops very close by (100-450m). We arrived and immediately felt so comfortable, so that we extended our stay. Communication with Ross and Elly was fantastic, and they were always available and helpful, very warm and friendly, and even after all these years, they are never tired of welcoming us guests and responding to our individual needs. A dream of hosts. Our children loved it there; there are so many great toys and beach equipment available for free use. The beach is absolutely child-friendly, clean, and fairly empty. The accommodation is better than shown in the pictures, with so many useful things in the kitchen. We would happily give it 10 out of 5 stars. Hope to return soon!!
