Host is responsive, friendly and easy to communicate. There are flexibility in check out time. Her house maintain cleanliness and amenities provided are working and clean. Bed is comfortable with fresh linen. Towels are clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a secluded and private place for a short getaway and also own/ rent a vehicle in Hua Hin. Guest should prepare mosquito repellent and mosquito coil. I enjoy my stay and hope to return again.

Very nice an comfortable house in the center of Hua Hin. There are a lot of restaurants and a family mart in walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice neighbourhood even if there is long beeping sound every morning. Its not possible to darken the large bedroom. But the host is going to fix that. For breakfast we could recommend the boulangerie Ob-Oon and the Brasserie de Paris. All in all we can absolutely recommend this location !

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable home! With four bedrooms, it easily accommodated our group of seven adults and three kids. The house felt very safe and private, and the pool was a refreshing bonus. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had a great time singing karaoke and enjoying the amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at Homme’s place! The house is spacious, bright, and incredibly inviting, located in a peaceful, secluded area with stunning mountain views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The parking space is very convenient, making it easy to come and go. Homme was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who works remotely, I also appreciated the excellent working setup—there’s a big desk that’s perfect for productivity, coupled with the quiet surroundings. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat or a productive working getaway. Can’t wait to visit again (and probably will)!

My friend and I spent a total of 4 weeks in this property. I enjoyed my stay but feel it’s currently overpriced compared to other units in Palm Crescent. Positive areas: * a comfortable but dated apartment, yellow dirty looking stains on doors - need to be repainted * well equipped property: excellent kitchen, washer, cooker, microwave oven * a 5* swimming pool Some areas to improve: - toilet seats are long to be replaced, they’ve yellow stains and r starting to fall apart - shower head needs to be replaced (limescale) - shower is temperamental: one minute it’s hot, another - it’s cold - the aircon in the bedroom off the living room is on its last legs: despite running for hours the temperature barely drops below 25 C (and VERY noisy) - electricity costs should be integrated in the price of this rental (we were charged 5 baht per kw or about 6150 baht or 160 euros for 4 weeks - 2 persons). - the gym is in a VERY poor state, half of the machines either don’t work or r ancient

This apartment is very relaxed and homey, and we really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is quiet and peaceful. Most of the tourists in the area are staying at the huge beachfront hotels so the roads are very quiet and local. We had a moped to get into the main town of Cha Am and Hua Hin, but there is a small street with a few restaurants nearby within walking distance as well. The condo building has the most incredible pool and a quiet gym. The apartment itself isn’t super modern but is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. We needed help from the host on 2 occasions and both times they were very responsive, polite and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would like to thank the hosts🙏🏼

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

The room is comfortable and clean, the landlord responds quickly, is not far from the beach, and is convenient for shopping. It is the first choice to consider again in the future

Die Unterkunft von Jean ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum zu erreichen und liegt am nördlichen Strand von Hua Hin. Es ist ein schöner Sandstrand, aber es gibt keine Restaurants oder Sonnenliegen wie im südlichen Strand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, das grössere Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und leider kein Fenster nach Draussen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen direkten Zugang in die beiden Badezimmer. Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein Cafè mit gutem Kaffee und Frühstück. Wer etwas weiter weg unterwegs ist, kann mit Bolt Taxis fahren.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

This place is a fantastic home away from home , situated in between happening beaches of Hua Hin and Cha-am. It's a lovely locality with very warm and hospitable locals and their restaurants and traditional massage centres. The Host too is very helpful,responsivea and so is the office staff. This apartment is quite a luxury and complete value for money. One of my favorite ones now, high on my recommendations for travelers seeking a mix of quiet time and a lot of beach fun. This is one rare find.

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

Es war schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Cfs Wohnung ! Dieses mal zwei Monate es hat uns auch dieses mal sehr gefallen ! Werden beim nächsten mal sicher wieder kommen wenn möglich ! Wir möchten nochmals Cf sehr herzlich Danken für seine Hilfe war immer sehr schnell beim Antworten und hat geholfen wo er konnte. Von unser Seite sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement… l appartement est spacieux et correspond à la description … proche du marché de nuit … plage à 10 minutes à pied… grand lit confortable et balcon très agréable … la climatisation fonctionne très bien… nous n avons pas utilisé la cuisine car nous allions chercher à manger à l extérieur… nous avons eu un petit problème d électricité au début qui a été réglé tout de suite par le personnel du condominium. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôte

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Bardzo polecam apartament, jest czysty, świetnie wyposażony, bardzo zadbany. Apartament znajduje się na 14 piętrze, ma 2 balkony z widokiem na morze. Znajduje się około 10 minut jazdy samochodem od Hua Hin ale to akurat jego zaleta. Za budynkiem znajduje się lotnisko, nie warto się nim przejmować bo odlatuje z niego 1 samolot na dwa dni, czasami lądują lub startują małe samoloty ale jest to tak rzadkie, że podczas kilkudniowego pobytu nie słyszeliśmy ani nie widzieliśmy żadnego samolotu. Jedyna rzecz jaka może być kłopotliwa to główna ulica, która znajduje się w niedalekiej odległości i słychać z niej ruch w nocy, jeśli to komuś nie przeszkadza to będzie bardzo zadowolony z pobytu u Lin.

Wir waren sieben Wochen zu Gast in dieser kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir es nur als Station für unsere Rundreisen gebraucht haben, war die Größe ausreichend. Martin ist ein super Gastgeber, den man stets erreicht hat. Aber bis auf Buchung, Ein- & Auschecken war kein Kontakt notwendig. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Fitnessanlage. Businessraum und alles was man braucht. Wir hatten schöne Ferien und können das Lumpini bedenkenlos empfehlen. Einzig das Bett ist etwas hart und etwas schmal, aber Thailändische Standard. Also auch das in Ordnung. Gerne wieder 🥰🌸
