In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Place was comfy and bathroom was beautiful. The bed in the master room was a little hard but other than that the house was well maintained & comfortable.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

We are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb! After a disaster at another place we had originally booked, the host graciously accepted us last minute, and we couldn't have been more relieved. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space is – it's stylish, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and we really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Everything was amazing, and we can't recommend this beautiful home enough. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

We had a wonderful stay! The street is quiet and peaceful, but the location is great—walking distance from shops and restaurants and a short walk or drive to lots of things to do. The house itself was lovely and perfect for our family with a young child, well stocked with toys and amenities. There wasn’t parking right on the street, but we found parking pretty easily just a block away; just make sure you look out for 2 hour only parking spots, of which there are a lot. Meghan was responsive and communicative with clear information and instructions. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

What a wonderful experience from Check-in to check-out. It was a stopping point on our travels to Myrtle Beach and what a find it was. The place was very comfortable and well stocked. Angela and Elliot were very responsive, had wonderful recommendations and were not at all intrusive. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the coffee press. Beds were extremely comfortable linens soft and having access to a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. Best feature by far was the back patio. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we utilized it often. We also enjoyed the walk ability of the neighborhood. What a gem. We loved it so much we booked it again for our trip back home. Great spot, the pictures are it, however, i personally think the place was slightly better than the pictures show. I do believe it’s well worth the money. - the location is golden, in a perfect area, plenty to walk to, close to downtown, it’s really ideal - flexible owner, he allowed us to check in 3 hours early. I wouldn’t expect this, but his flexibility was crucial, and greatly appreciated. Overall. A grade. I wouldn’t give it an A+ just because it’s a older building and not all shiny and new, but still, for the price, the location, and the owners customer service and flexibility, i will definitely stay again and look at this place first unless i want something luxury.

Nikki did a great job. Responded quickly to the few little things that we needed help with. WiFi password and such. Minor quirks aside as any place will have, the place fit my needs.

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

The host was very responsive. We got snowed in and the maintenance person showed up within 15 minutes, helped me unstuck my car and cleaned up the driveway. Highly recommend!

Staying at Yandels home was a great experience the place was clean and the location cannot be beat! They were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back if taking another trip to Philly.

Loved this place so much! Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Great walk to the fillmore about 10 minutes! Very clean space and simple instructions. Would definitely come back :))

Great stay, great location, comfy beds. One thing I would recommend is to add tv’s in the bedrooms and better WiFi.

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Philadelphia. The location of the Airbnb is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The Airbnb itself looked just like the pictures and came with extra blankets and sheets. Overall, I would rate this place a 10/10.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

My stay at Rainie & Billy’s place was immaculate and I would stay there again. Probably one of the most chill and private places to stay in the city for the money you will spend. I spent a lot of time in the unit and heard the neighbors only when they moved to the elevator—which the unit is right next to. I was looking to cook in the unit and my only real complaint was that the cookware was very simple and some of it was even broken. Luckily I came with some of my own cookware so that wasn’t a problem. Overall you won’t be disappointed with your stay here.

Had a perfect stay! Location was great. Parking was easy. Kristen provided clear instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. Place was clean and as described. Would stay again.
