This was an amazing place to stay! We were participating in an Expo at the Convention Center, and couldn't have asked for a better location. We could walk everywhere and enjoyed making dinner each night there. Awesome value for the location, 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Highly recommend. We'll be back next year!

El sitio estába increíble. Un apartamento muy agradable, todo en perfecto orden, sábanas y toallas relucientes. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, apta para caminar y conocer museos y edificaciones históricas, con un súper market cerca y buenos restaurantes. Viajaba con mis padres mayores, quienes disfrutaron su estadía al máximo. La estación de tren está 10 min a pie, hay afluencia de buses. Tal vez lo único que nos pareció algo incómodo fueron los colchones muy blandos. Aún así volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hermoso lugar. Muchas gracias a nuestros anfitriones por todo!!

Joseph was an extremely great host. He was very informal and made sure I was able to check in on time. The place is beautiful and surrounded by a lot of things to do like malls, restaurants and stores. The place was very cozy and spacious and felt right at home. Joesph was responsive at any point and made sure everything was good. I would definitely rent his place again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Philadelphia.

great little place really close to the met. it was absolutely perfect for a concert weekend! Michael is very responsive and is extremely professional and clear in communication. if you're going to a concert at the met this is the perfect spot!

Loved this place so much! Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Great walk to the fillmore about 10 minutes! Very clean space and simple instructions. Would definitely come back :))

Convenient and tasteful studio apartment in a great location with a helpful host as well as a much appreciated parking spot. We also stayed here last year.

The place was great. A real nice location close to local restaurants, bars, and shops and the train. It is a short train or car ride to Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field and the Wells Fargo Arena. Broad Street which is main artery in the city is a short walk. Neighborhood was very quiet and the place was well kept, neat and clean. The rooftop deck with a view of the City skyline was excellent both day and night. Parking was a little tight but it is a city and we did find free parking with a little effort. There is also a lot (EZ Park) right up 15th street that was reasonable and easy to get in to. The TV's were big and worked great as did the WiFi. Overall and outstanding stay and I will definitely book again.

We had six guests visiting family in the area. The house fit us perfectly. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms provided necessary privacy. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were big enough for us to gather comfortably.

I loved my 2 month stay at Katharine's home! It's in a great location that is easily walkable to a lot of things in the city. She's a very responsive host and gave clear instructions for everything you would need. Her home is very comfortable and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay with Connie! We were reconnecting as a family over a Flyers hockey game this weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better house than Connie’s! She was so welcoming and provided all the necessities including basic toiletries, coffee, firewood for the fireplace outside, and even a basketball for the basketball court! We had a great stay and she even baked us cookies and dropped them off one night. We cannot recommend staying here more! It was close enough to the city for us to enjoy all the city has to offer as well as far enough to have nice family time. Thanks Connie!

وصلنا في رحلة علاجية طويلة وبقينا في منزلين قبل حجز منزل كارينا ولا يوجد أي مقارنه بينهما . بذلت كارينا جهوداً إستثنائية في توفير أشياء لا يمكن أن تجدها في أي مسكن آخر ، لقد إهتمت بأدق التفاصيل وكانت متعاونة جداً في تعديل أيام حجوزاتنا بإستمرار وفق ما تقتضيه فترة العلاج . عائلة كارينا الرائعة ساعدتنا حتى في نقل أمتعتنا من مسكن آخر ، تصرف إنساني لن ننساه ولن ننسى الأيام التي قضيناها في هذا المنزل الرائع . إذا كنت في حيرة من أمرك أنصحك بالحجز دون تردد فلا مقارنة أبداً بين مساكن توفر أدتى المعايير وبين منزل كارينا الذي يأخذ الضيافة إلى مستوى آخر تماماً من توفير كل ما قد تحتاجة . أعبر مجدداً عن إمتناني لكارينا وعائلتها على كل ما قدموه لنا من مساعدة وتفهم في ظروفنا الصعبة .

Irina's place was great! Really loved the location and gave us all a great way to experience how cool Philly can be! Highly recommend staying here! We really appreciated how walkable it was and the cafe nearby was lovely.

Great host. Responded quickly about any issues I had. Neighbor is a little rough around the edges but being close to the met and the warehouse on Watts was great.

Great property for an active family on the road.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and was right down the street from the Wells Fargo Center where I watched the 76ers game. The only thing I would tell people is to be aware of is the lack of parking, but other than that this was a great spot to stay.

We had a wonderful time Hala was responsive and helped me when I was running a little late to check in everyone was comfortable

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
