We had a great stay at Josephine’s place. The unit was large enough for our family. The location is calm, and safe. Right by beaches! The unit was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches for guests (extra blankets, candles, myriad of kitchen tools). The appliances were all new. The tub was great size, and a great selection of towels were provided. It’s even better than the pictures! Josephine includes detailed check in instructions to help guide you to the right unit, which was appreciated.

David & Kate’s place is beautiful, and in a great location. It had all of creature comforts we needed, was a short drive away from everything we wanted to hit in Portland, and in a nice quiet/peaceful area for when we headed back in the evenings. David & Kate were also excellent hosts, very responsive and helped us get into the place a little early upon our arrival. Highly recommend, and will absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Adilah’s location. Beautiful views from the house. Everything was close enough either to have a nice long walk or to Uber. Her place was just as described and we felt very welcome! Amazing location for a group or family vacation.

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

We had such a nice stay at this lovely house. The house had everything we needed with a fantastic view. Plenty of things to see and do nearby.

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for what we needed! It was my brother’s wedding weekend and we were able to walk to his rehearsal dinner in town, and walk to the bars. It was great! I would come again! The host was very helpful, responsive, and friendly.

Laurie was extremely friendly and responsive. The house was really clean and had every amenity you could ask for. The towels and linens were extremely clean. The house is right on the beach with amazing porches, deck, outdoor shower, and views. This was a wonderful, memorable vacation for my family and I. Hoping to stay there again next year!

Stacey's place was just as described and very close to the beach. We also spent time in both Saco and Biddeford. It was a great visit!

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

Even though we only stay for one night it was amazing! Loved the spaces look and coziness, the beds where pretty comfortable we went during the winter so the bedrooms got a little chilly but nothing a Mainer isn’t used too :) we loved the couch and living room it was big enough for 8 of us to fit comfortably! The beach is walking distance we had so much fun walking the beach and then coming back and enjoying our night! Over all beautiful and comfortable satay!

Cammie’s listing wad everything and more. My entire family was able to stay all together with the comfort of a warm welcoming house. Very spacious and the table in the great room was absolutely perfect to have a meal with everyone. My favorite part of this house was there there was only 1 TV in the whole house and many games and puzzles available to enjoy being with the family and not zoned to tv. What a great experience.

If your looking to spend time at the beach or something’s attracted you to the area I can’t speak on that. I booked solely for the hot tub. lol. They have comprised a book of information & it seemed very helpful & well put together. I think it’s very close to everything that attracts people to the location. I wanted to try a good lobster roll & they were very quick to respond on a place. Which we returned twice to in the 2 days we spent here. I absolutely LOVED the home. Everything about it the decor, the layout, the furniture, color scheme, everything. I’d pay whoever designed the place to come to mine. I felt right at home. I have a lick of OCD. I get high anxiety with uncleanly spaces & 9/10 clean everyplace I stay in prior to unpacking. I didn’t feel the need here. My friend were SHOOK. lol. They had everything well stocked for a longer stay. I’m very impressed. I’ve spent the last 5 years traveling the nation, living in over a dozen places. This place was best stocked. Impressive

Wonderful home. Small on the outside, large and roomy inside. Great location! We walked to the beach and the pier multiple times. It was lovely. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.

Kevin is a fabulous host. He is very kind, responsive and attentive. A couple of items needed his attention soon after we arrived at his Airbnb, and he responded and resolved them promptly. The location is perfect! It is quiet in the wintertime and ideal for the beach and shopping access in the summer. There is a small amusement park close by and just about anything else you could need. It's my opinion that Kevin's location is the best place to stay at Old Orchard Beach! We enjoyed our incredible view of the ocean - watching its beauty change from moment to moment, and the accommodations had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, nice decor and cozy surroundings. We loved our time at Kevin's place and look forward to staying there again soon!

Fourth year in a row coming to Wendy’s place and we always love it!!! It truly feels like home and is so cute and comfy! I’ve never felt so comfortable somewhere before.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Alyssa’s place for our anniversary and we really enjoyed our experience. The place was cozy, clean, and within a minute walk to the beach! Alyssa was a great host and always responded quickly. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
