This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. She’s responsive, helpful and very understanding host. Thank you ! For this wonderful stay we started out new year 2025 at Katy’s place and it was amazing

We were in town for the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and this home is very convenient and so cool. We loved the open concept and the privacy. The space was great for making breakfast before launching out for a day of fun. Thank you for the great instructions on the TV and Coffee, both were appreciated. This is a very nice place and I would recommend.

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

My husband and I lived in the place for 43 days. It was PERFECT! The house is better than in the photos. A lot of space. Laundry in the house. Kitchen with everything!! Super comfortable beds. Really good shower. Check in super clear. Michelle and her boyfriend were super nice to us. They helped with snow cleaning, they decorated the place for Christmas and it was so cute!! In new year`s eve we asked if we could bring some guests and they said yes. They are really good hosts and I definitely recommend this place! The location is really good - close to many restaurants and main roads. It was PERFECT for us!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful spot! Far enough from everything to feel private and peaceful but not so far that it's inconvenient. Nice and clean. Would stay here again.

If your looking to spend time at the beach or something’s attracted you to the area I can’t speak on that. I booked solely for the hot tub. lol. They have comprised a book of information & it seemed very helpful & well put together. I think it’s very close to everything that attracts people to the location. I wanted to try a good lobster roll & they were very quick to respond on a place. Which we returned twice to in the 2 days we spent here. I absolutely LOVED the home. Everything about it the decor, the layout, the furniture, color scheme, everything. I’d pay whoever designed the place to come to mine. I felt right at home. I have a lick of OCD. I get high anxiety with uncleanly spaces & 9/10 clean everyplace I stay in prior to unpacking. I didn’t feel the need here. My friend were SHOOK. lol. They had everything well stocked for a longer stay. I’m very impressed. I’ve spent the last 5 years traveling the nation, living in over a dozen places. This place was best stocked. Impressive

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at Prime Rock Sq! The perfect, affordable spot for a weekend getaway for a couple. Of note was the king size bed, which was SO comfortable! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and also very quiet even though we were close to downtown. We came back one evening and a fire had been made in the fire pit outside which was a fun way to wind down the evening. It was just a delightful little spot and we will definitely be back! The hosts were great and communication was excellent. Thank you both for having us!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Place was as described and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Downtown was a quick Uber ride there and back and host left us great recommendations to try out. My only negative was the bed does sit very low to the floor. I had a little trouble getting up because I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I have RA, but my husband was fine with it. Just in case an elderly person or someone with RA is thinking about it. I do highly recommend it other than that.

Hot tub made this a five star stay. It was clean and hot when we arrived. Easy instructions for check-out removed the stress that other air bnb can have. Thank you Ren

Great clean place in Kennebunkport. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful views of marshes with outdoor activities to enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

This a beautiful spot! Tucked away from the roads and very quiet. The private lake access is great and the views are beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

We had the absolute best time at MJ’s place, highly recommend !! The house is spatious yet very cozy and quiet, with a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding woods! Home is also very close to town and to Poryland/coastline, and the cleanest lake to swim in that we’ve ever been to! MJ was very helpful and quick to respond. Stay here! We hope to return sometime soon!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We booked over Christmas. Jacki reached out to me just after I booked to see if my family celebrated Christmas and if so, would we like some decorations put up. I replied yes. When we arrived there was a decorated tree and some other decorations throughout. It was really nice. It is wonderful that they are dog friendly, they even have dog dishes there. Our Great Dane was with us. My whole family agreed that if the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely go back.

Perfect spot to get away and have some "me" time. Sat in front of the fireplace, read my book and got some work done. upstairs bed was extremely comfortable and happy to have a window to let some cool air in. site feels very remote but extremely close to shopping and other amamenities.

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!

Our stay at Lisa’s cabin was incredible. The attention to detail, every amenity and of course the beautiful home itself were beyond amazing. The cabin was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of blankets for curling up on the couch to watch movies. We stayed with our two children ages 14 and 12, the loft had a pop a shot basketball hoop as well as NBA jam which was perfect for our son and he was thrilled to find a mini hoop downstairs on the main level too! The hot tub of course was an added bonus to the already perfect cozy cabin! We loved the downstairs master room and separate living area with a cute little bar and its own coffee station. We will definitely be back again!

Marie & Tim were excellent hosts. So friendly, detailed, accommodating, and their recommendations were excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you need, and more. The cabin is a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the feelings of home. The furnishings and décor made it so perfect. On approach to the property, the lighting and appearance is so beautiful. It was like driving into wonderland. I hated having to go home! I wanted to stay forever! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Marie & Tim!

Even before we arrived, Katie and Christian really made us feel comfortable and prepared for our stay. They communicated with us, gave us local suggestions, and promptly provided check in information and details. We had an incredible stay at their place in West Paris, Maine. It was relaxing, tranquil, and beautifully set on the mountain side overlooking the landscape. Every amenity was exactly how we envisioned it -and we particularly loved the hot tub. Katie and Christian were both readily available by text/call during our stay in case we had any issues or questions. We are thankful to them for such a great stay celebrating our honeymoon. We will certainly return for our anniversary! Thank you guys!
