Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Had an amazing stay at Angel’s place. The apartment is gorgeous and right next to Bassac Lane is nightlife is your thing. And even if not, the road directly out front stays pretty quiet, so will not interrupt your night if a homebody. Cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Juan is such a nice a friendly host. I had an issue with my booking, he answered right away and done his best to help, I highly appreciated that. The apartment is between then the pictures, we loved the Japanese design and the attention to details. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking+ free water. The view from the window it's awesome, and we loved the infinity pool by the river. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Phnom Penh.

Nice stay and great host. Price is good as well. But there was one problem, there were a lot of mosquitoes in front of the house and some of them was inside.

Beautiful apartment on the second floor, there is a magnificent view of the river from the balcony and it is wonderful to sit there in the evenings, the bedrooms are quite large, the kitchen is very nice and the dining room is very large with a dining table, TV and comfortable sofa, we felt very comfortable and it is close to many restaurants. I recommend this property and give it 5 stars without hesitation.

We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay in Phnom Penh, it was perfect. First, the location is great, about 10 mins walk from the central market, 25 from the riverside, and everything else is a quick and easy tuk tuk ride away. Despite this, you are away from the tourist areas so it feels more normal and the atmosphere is great. The apartment is in an older building, so the entrance is dark and a little dingy with some insects - do not be put off! Once you're inside, on the top floor, you're in a nicely decorated and designed apartment, with lots of lovely little touches to make it feel homely. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some home cooked food, the bedroom is cozy, very comfortable, the living room is huge with plenty of space to chill out, the best bit is the balcony where relaxing and seeing the sunset is an amazing way to spend the evening. Be warned, it is noisy from about 6:30am so don't expect a lazy long sleep in the morning! Didn't bother us though!

Borei’s place is located fantastic , close to the most must to be seen places in Phnom Penh. The hot tub is advertised but not functional. If you have luggage be prepared for climbing 4th floors ... Do-able but hard work. Overall we had a great time and made many memories ! Thank you Borei for that ! Best wishes, Elena & Philip

The place has a stunning view. It’s clean with complete amenities to enjoy your stay. Easy access to gym and pool. Market is right around the corner, you can buy your ingredients and cook if you’re lazy to go out. Lana is approachable and super nice! My friends who worked in Phnom Penh loved the place too and they plan to stay there too.
