Great place to stay! Has everything you need, and the host was kind and attentive!

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Had a great stay. The host was very welcoming and available for anything if needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.Downtown core is a short Tuk Tuk ride away . We also enjoyed the option of taking a local ferry that took us right to the centre of Phnom Penh. Will definitely return next year!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided local recommendations and suggestions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and as described in the profile. There were lots of food stalls, grocery stores, and coffee spots within easy walking distance from the apartment. The apartment building also had a convenience store located in the lobby. So, it was super easy to navigate. Tuk tuks were readily available when we wanted to explore outside the neighborhood. The price was always really affordable. It was nice to have a nice-sized apartment to return to after a day of seeing the sights in Phnom Penh. Thank you to Bodhitree Homes for a lovely stay in one of your apartments.

I had a great stay at Bodhitree. It was very spacious and comfortable and had a great amount of storage. The host was always easy to reach. The location within the city was really good, I had to take a Tuktuk to most places but it never cost much more than $1 to get around. The Pho Town downstairs serves great coffee and smoothies and is very conveniently located. There are a couple of ATM machines located very close to the apartment and I was able to go to the bank across the street to get my $100 USD bills turned into 10s, 20s and 50s which was very convenient. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Bodhitree homes.

Juan was an awesome host, super friendly and communicative. Makes you feel very welcome to Phnom Penh giving local recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Place was great super clean and beautiful surroundings. The amenities were also quite good. Definitely recommend staying here!

Notre séjour chez Moody a été des plus agréables. Hôte chaleureux, accueillant et d’une grande serviabilité, il nous a reçus dans les meilleures conditions, toujours attentif à nos besoins. Le logement est idéalement situé et conforme à la description. La vue depuis la chambre était superbe, rendant l’expérience encore plus plaisante. De plus, un mini-market se trouve juste en bas, et de nombreux cafés et restaurants sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à quiconque souhaite séjourner à Phnom Penh. Encore merci pour cette belle parenthèse !

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5
