Very nice and quiet property with a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is nice, with restaurants and a rooftop bar not far. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can take a bit of time to reach the main highlights such as the Wat Arun, especially with young children.

Amazing Apartment, very comfortable in prime location in Bangkok! A very good address to stay when you visit there. Highly recommend

Listing was exactly as described, being next to the 7-eleven was perfect and it’s on a walkable street that is filled with food vendors, cafes, and restaurants. Host was very respectful but does not speak English so u will have to use google translate but no problems my entire stay!

Excellent logement, dans une rue paisible et proche de tous les commerces. Le quartier est top et on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds pour découvrir la ville. L’immeuble et la chambre sont d’une parfaite propreté et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Pour ma part, j’ai aussi profité du toit terrasse et je me suis raclé grâce aux bains de soleil ! La femme de ménage et hôte d’accueil est adorable tout comme le propriétaire prêts à vous rendre service ! J’y retournerai dès que possible

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the apartments are great for a longer stay, they have everything you need for a longer comfortable life, as well as a part of the terrace that gives the feeling of home. Shopping mall right by an apartments which is did stay more comfortable and easygoing. The price also corresponds to the quality, a little far from the center, the journey is about 30 minutes, but there is a sky train right next to it, which allows you to travel without traffic jams 👌🏼 I had a little inconvenience with the payment, but the owner agreed to wait and trusted. Exceeded all expectations, thank you and good luck

這是我們第二次入住 距離asok站很近 房間很大 可以讓很多人入住 有洗衣機、電梯也很方便 週邊巷子有很多攤販 可以購買宵夜、按摩店也很多 缺點是在捷運、大馬路旁 窗戶隔音非常差 睡覺怕吵的人不適合 夜晚非常吵雜 廁所內沒有衣架 洗澡很不方便 希望可以改善

Very spacious apartment that is uniquely decorated. We felt very comfortable here. The host was super easy in communication and the area is pretty walkable. Overall had a great stay and would definitely come back

This is a great option for short or long term stays in Bangkok. The host and staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Walking distance to the train, many food options if you decide to walk or take a short lift. I walked to and from lotus everyday with no problem. The room was very comfortable and cozy. All amenities matched the photos. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay in this comfortable studio.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel in Sukhumvit 87, Bangkok. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is convenient, close to transport and local attractions. A special mention to the host Morphy, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The apartment was very clean, very nicely styled, all the essentials were there. But most importantly I left a very important thing in the apartment, and they took the time to reach out to me and return it. Very grateful 🙌🏼🩵 Stay here without hesitation!!!

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

It was a great stay—the place was very clean, and the location was very convenient, especially since it was close to the company I was visiting for my business trip. The surrounding area also had great amenities. However, the noise from the neighbors at night was quite loud at times, with occasional sudden noises, and the soundproofing was not very effective. Overall, though, it was a great place. The only downside was the very narrow staircase, which made it inconvenient for large luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at Morphy’s apartment! Initially, I booked just one night, but I ended up coming back because it was such a great experience. Communication was excellent—Morphy was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed. The location is quite busy since it’s right on a main road, but being so close to the metro makes it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. One of the highlights was the rooftop view—absolutely stunning! When Morphy’s apartment was no longer available, I extended my stay in another unit within the same building. Highly recommend staying here!

One of the best accomadations i had in Bangkok. The location is real nice and quiet, you have a private balcony with a little bit of a skyline view. The host’s were one of the nicest people i met, great hospatality, comminucation was super (reacted and helped right away after a text)!!! Would recommend this🙏🏻

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

June & Pop were so friendly and great communicators. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos and the building amenities are incredible…especially the amazing pool! Which I had to myself every single morning of the 34 days I was there! I 1000% recommend June & Pop’s place and would definitely stay there again! I’m part of a large travel community of older and retired people who travel full time or almost full time. And I’m recommending June & Pop’s place to the entire community of several hundred members!

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.

Das Loft Apartment liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Hauptstraße und des BTS Skytrain . Sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Stilvolle individuelle Einrichtung. Praktische kleine Küche , großes bequemes Bett . Sehr hübsch ist die Dachterrasse mit den vielen Frangipanis und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Lokale und eine empfehlenswerte deutsche Bäckerei/ Café . Ich bin zum zweiten Mal hier und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Dit was de 2e keer dat we hier verbleven. Wederom was alles goed.
