Me and my husband really enjoyed at this house it’s close to some luxury malls and great restaurants.Even you can find good clubs at the location.We loved it!

We all enjoyed so much and wanted to rebook for next trip. Host and reception were very fast responding and solve problem right away. Location is the best. And famous Lek seafood is just around corner, few 7/11are surrounded.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

The host was responsive, responsible; the apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished. Fuss free booking - highly recommended for families and friends. Rin and Nanas have been really helpful as well Kudos to the staff there!

Nos tocó pasar el terremoto en el edificio, fue todo muy seguro y el personal predispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar en cuanto a la seguridad del edificio. Por otro lado disponía de todo, aunque no había tenedores!!!! Por la calle de atrás puedes acceder fácilmente al súper y es muy bonito, aunque no hay veredas para caminar es súper seguro. Por el ingreso de adelante estás a unos pocos metros de una arteria principal y todos los comercios y medios de transporte. Amé Bangkok, su gente el barullo y el orden en el mismo desorden, lástima el terremoto, pero así todo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias por alojarnos en su dpto.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

Great host, super responsive, flexible check in. Also made sure the Airbnb was cleaned periodically. Great options for food and coffee nearby. Would recommend staying here!

Logement très bien situé. A proximité de commerce et de lieux de loisirs. Se situe idéalement dans une résidence calme et tranquille. je conseille fortement ce logement

This place exceeded our expectations. The receptionists were friendly, the room was spacious and had everything we needed during the stay. The area was very safe (many embassies are in the neighborhood) and close to shopping malls (one or two stops by Skytrain). We really recommend this place.

Vich should have said this apartment is for 8-10 people. The apartment is so spacious! The place is also very clean and bright. It feels like home. There's also morning market downstair and it's only 3 minutes walk to BTS. Dont hesitate to book y'all. It's worth every penny

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

It’s a good place to stay in BKK and really comfortable environment and easy to reach the grocery stores.

A wonderful place with soul and atmosphere. Great location! One of the main attractions is simply sitting on the balcony, waving to tourists, and watching monitor lizards. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended! 🫶

een geweldig mooi huisje in een prachtige tuin, echt een waanzinnig paleis, helemaal van hout en met talloze ambachtelijke houten ornamenten. Daarbij een hele mooie tuin. prachtig! straat met eettentjes heel dicht bij, bus naar het centrum stopt ook aan het einde van de steeg. echt een aanrader!

Have stayed with Orranart twice now. Excellent apartment, in the perfect location for getting around central Bangkok. Highly recommended. And will sure be staying again…

A very cozy, exceptionally clean studio, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my travels. Snacks, food and beverages were waiting for me when I checked in which I greatly appreciated! No other Airbnb host has gone that extra mile for me!! The swimming pool was wonderful and provided a nice break from the heat. The building was very clean, quiet and modern. When I mentioned to the Airbnb owner the building's sauna and steam rooms weren't working, she gifted me a 2 hour Thai massage at her expense to make up for that inconvenience. Plenty of room for 1-2 people, a tv with Prime video, Netflix, YouTube, etc., a nice sized refrigerator, 2 a/c units, an exceptional shower, and a balcony with a washing machine and detergent, all overlooking the pool. A little far from downtown Bangkok, but the LRT, taxis, Grab, vendors, restaurants and a grocery store are just outside the front door. Well worth my stay in Bangkok!! 😊😊

Great Host its my go to place if available when i'm in BKK, a 7 Eleven a short walk, BTS Station on the corner, fantastic location with a great view...Highly Recommended.

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Dannie et des autres personnes travaillant dans l’établissement. L’appartement est propre, confortable, très bien équipé et à deux pas du BTS, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans toutes les zones touristiques de Bangkok . La piscine et la vue depuis l’appartement sont très agréables! Dannie nous a gentiment proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard car l’appartement n’était pas reloué après nous . Nous avons vraiment apprécié . Merci pour ce super séjour !

Kittipong was very supportive. Check-in was smooth, and he responded to our inquiries promptly. The location is perfect, with easy access to the BTS and shopping malls. The room was neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

想像以上に良いステイ先でした。 自分の都合に合わせたアーリーチェックインの対応などホストの対応も素晴らしいものでした。 駅ほぼ直結でどこを観光するにも困ることはなく、観光しない日は横のターミナル21や近くのマクドナルドやタコベルでご飯を済まし、35階のプールでゆっくりする事できました。価格がとてもリーズナブルで良いステイになりました。また利用させていただきたいです。

Xenia is echt een superhost! Ze gaf veel tips om te doen met kids in Bangkok, ze maakte heerlijk ontbijt/dinner voor ons klaar, was flexibel in het bijboeken van een nacht aan de helft van de prijs omdat we heel vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen in Bangkok en ze reageerde snel op vragen en handelde proactief (zoals het spontaan gaan aankloppen bij de buurvrouw op vrijdagavond om stiller te zijn). Echt geweldig!! Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar dan echt alles: speelgoed voor de kinderen, badproducten en andere verzorgingsproducten, een babystoel, eten in de koelkast dat we mochten gebruiken,.. en het was superproper! Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum, maar de metro is vlakbij en maakt het makkelijk om alle hotspots in Bangkok te bezoeken. Er zijn veel indrukwekkende malls in de buurt en een leuke nightmarket op 5 à 10 min wandelen. Het zwembad was ook echt zalig om te verkoelen (en de glijbaan was den hit bij de kids). I had a wonderful stay here! The house is big, clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the main road, so finding food was super easy. The host was very responsive and replied to my messages quickly. Highly recommended!
