My family had a lovely time in this place . The house is very neat and tidy. Exactly as described. They have everything we need. Also, the neighbours are friendly and welcoming . The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

A wonderful place with soul and atmosphere. Great location! One of the main attractions is simply sitting on the balcony, waving to tourists, and watching monitor lizards. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended! 🫶

Nachanop was fantastic! He and his daughter met us at check in and showed us how everything worked. Extremely helpful and accommodating. His home was lovely. The home was full of beautiful antiques! We watched the New Years fireworks from the large comfortable balcony! It was absolutely perfect! The apartment is spacious and clean. My family had plenty of space to spread out. The location was close to a food market, seven11, and not too far from the Icon Siam Mall. It was in the jewelry district is you like gems. With the top notch service and great apartment, we would stay there again if we returned to Bangkok. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jiranun! Les explications étaient claires pour notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé facilement l'emplacement. Le logement est très fonctionnel : clim, machine à café, réfrigérateur. Celui-ci est bien placé et a comblé nos attentes Il faut prévoir des trajets en transport ou voiture pour rejoindre l'hyper centre, chinatown ou les temples mais c'est assez facile . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Bangkok et reviendrons sans hésiter chez Jirunan. Thanks

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool villa! The house is exactly like the photos – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend it for big families or groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

The place really matched my expectations as it was very homely. The house keeper, Jang, is very exceptional. She is really helpful and made very delicious breakfast such as Pad Thai, Fried Rice etc. Additionally she also did laundry, the dishes and regular cleaning of the house. The house is very spacious and my 4-year old did really enjoy playing in the pool. All of us had a great time staying there. If I am coming to Bangkok with a group of 8-10 people, I will definitely choose this house again.

My group of seven (7) enjoyed this property — We loved having our own private room, but could all gather in the common areas. It was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. It was a tad bit challenging getting food, but there’s a 7-11 and we found a few restaurants/cafes, within walking distance. Nice to have coffee available at the property! The two onsite ladies were nice and even helped with our laundry — I highly recommend you learn a few Thai words/phrases. FYI, there was some construction happening next door, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would stay here again!
