Это очень дружелюбный арендодатель. Сама квартира немного более "потертая", чем на фото, тем не менее там было уютно и комфортно жить. В квартире было все необходимое, в том числе полотенца, и бесплатный бассейн, где приятно проводить время. В квартире было тихо, однако имейте в виду, что это очень шумный район Хошимина, на балконе / в бассейне очень шумно! Наше общее впечатление положительное! Примерно 4.7-4.8 / 5. Все таки это не дешевое жилье, но оно хорошо расположено и соответствует своей цене. Лайк!

Recomendado. Es como en las fotos. Lo único negativo es que aunque está en el distrito 1, está alejado como para ir andando a los lugares de interés por lo que deberás coger siempre Grab. Esto hace también que las agencias de excursiones no te recojan al no estar céntrico, sino que deberás ir a su oficina para empezar las excursiones.

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

Habitaciones amplias. el detalle de la piscina en la azotea es una maravilla. para relajarse despues de visitar la ciudad y hacer diferentes tours. Dueño muy amable, responde rápido a cualquier cosulta y pregunta que tengas sobre la zona o el alojamiento. sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh.

地下にスーパーがあったり、目の前にコンビニがあったり、空港から近かったり、とても便利な場所でした。浴槽は無いです。プールに自由に入ることができます。

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.
