Siamo due ragazzi venuti a Milano per un week end di svago. In primis volevamo ringraziare Patrizia per l’ospitalità, anche se non presente personalmente, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per effettuare il check in in modo chiaro e dettagliato, inoltre é super reperibile. L’alloggio si trova in una zona centrale, ben accessibile con i mezzi pubblici, raggiungere il centro a piedi però é abbastanza lungo. All’interno la casa si presenta ben curata e dotata di tutti gli accessori utili per un soggiorno in pieno relax. L’unico difetto é la mancanza dell’ ascensore nel palazzo, considerando che la casa si trova all’ultimo piano, bisogna fare parecchie scale, ma se si é giovani lo si fa volentieri😄. Consigliamo vivamente questo tipo di struttura!

Öncelikle ev her alçıdan çok iyi. Konum süper metroya 700metre yürüyerek çok güzel sokaklardan geçerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Sokaklar çok nezih. Kendini güvende hissediyorsunuz. Market çok yakin. Ev çok temizdi. Karşılama çok güzeldi bizim için ikramlar hazırlanmıştı. Daire çatı Kati daire dışarıyı bir tek balkondan görebiliyorsunuz ama bizim için problem değildi. Isınma çok iyi. Tv özellikleri Netflix YouTube var. Apartman çok nezihtir. Tekrar gidersek müsait olursa yine aynı evde kalmak isteriz.

Posto accogliente e strategico, consigliato per chi vuole vivere appieno il centro storico di Cremona. L’appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort e Emiliano è un host professionale che ha saputo darci tutte le informazioni utili. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Super raccomandato :)

Stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and did not disappoint. Great location from buses and trams for transport. In addition about 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station (Portello or Domodossola FN) and 5 minutes walk to Lidl. The host Davide I couldn’t fault, answered all my questions and was very helpful and fast to respond. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Milan. We shall be back soon!

Estancia muy acogedora en una zona céntrica y bien comunicada. Propietaria súper atenta y entregada. Totalmente recomendable.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa come una famiglia numerosa (eravamo in 6). Paola e Paolo sono degli host fantastici, sempre disponibili al telefono e molto accoglienti. L'appartamento è molto comodo sia per la posizione che per la disposizione. Un grande vantaggio è che c'è un ampio parcheggio! Ci è piaciuto molto. Lo consiglio!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! Alessandro was incredibly resourceful and friendly—he allowed us to drop off my bags early, which was super helpful, and had great information ready on hand about where to eat, what to see, and things to do in the city. The place was spotless, with comfy beds and fully stocked with amenities. The kitchen even had a generous selection of food and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location couldn’t have been better—just a 9-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping district. Alessandro’s warm hospitality and attention to detail really made the stay special. Highly recommend and if we can come back this will be our go to place, could not fault. thank you!!

This is a wonderful, spacious home. It is a bit older, but that's part of the charm. Centrally located, within a short walk to the Duomo, Christmas market and metro stop. The building is under renovation, so covered with scaffolding. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time, as we had to keep the shutters closed to prevent the workers from looking in. Other than that, this is a great place to stay for a family of 4.

Byt vypadal jako na fotkach, byl uklizeny a v docela poklidne lokalite. Nadia je velmi mila, dokonce nam nabidla odvoz z Milana a pozdejsi check out, je opravdu uzasna! Dekujeme!

Federico’s place is exactly like u see. We were in love with the bars and restaurants around and the bed linen was super good. Same for the pillows. He was helpful and responsive! Recommended

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

El alojamiento aunque pequeño cumplía con todo lo necesario y era muy bonito y acogedor. Estaba a menos de 5 min del metro y a 15 min caminando del Duomo. Lalla nos permitió hacer el check in antes y eso nos ayudó demasiado, fue muy amable siempre y si alguna vez regresamos a Milan sin duda nos hospedaremos aquí.

Wonderful place in a relaxing neighborhood. Very convenient for a long weekend or an entire week. Hope to return.

L’appartement proposé est super : très propre, bien agencé et spacieux. Il y a de quoi faire du café, les terrasses sont agréables et Edouardo est un hôte disponible et généreux. La localisation est pratique à pieds à 15 minutes du Duomo et avec la possibilité de dîner à pieds également. Eduardo nous a recommandé de beaux endroits pour dîner ! Le logement est très propre ! Il est situé sur la route donc un peu de bruit de voiture mais ce n’est pas dérangeant du tout (alors que je suis d’habitude sensible au bruit) car il est en hauteur . Eduardo a d’ailleurs la gentillesse de fournir des boules quies! Il y’a un supermarché a 5 minutes à pieds ce qui est très pratique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi grâce à la disponibilité d’Eduardo. Je recommande vivement !idéal pour un couple ou une famille !

The space checks all boxes in terms of size , location , cleanliness and the amenities it offers . Loretta was super responsive and accommodating on all fronts . The place is very accessible by metro (P.Genova) and trams at a walking distance. Place was nice and clean with all necessary amenities to make you feel at home . Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s place in Milan. I was traveling with my wife, two kids, and my mother, and the apartment was perfect for all of us. It’s a modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained space in a fantastic location—you can walk everywhere! The internet was fast and reliable, and the whole place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Carlo was an exceptional host—very respectful, supportive, and kind. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Milan!

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Tutto pulito, curato. Riccardo e Roberta sono deliziosi, sempre a disposizione e cuochi sopraffini. Consiglio a tutti di scoprire Casa Percivalle. Paola

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal bei Fabrizio. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf die tolle Unterkunft, die schöne Umgebung, den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist die beste, die ich kenne und wir kommen meistens auch deswegen. Wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich ohne zu zögern. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement où nous avons séjourné avec nos deux jeunes enfants (de 2 ans et de 3 mois). Nous avions pris les lits de voyages pour les enfants et il y avait suffisamment de place dans la chambre pour nous quatre. La piscine est super car il y a deux bassins et l’un est moins profond pour les enfants. L’emplacement est pratique car le lac est à proximité à pied et il y a le port pour prendre le bateau pour une excursion. Le logement est très bien équipé et des produits (vaisselle, lessive, café, etc.) sont généreusement mis à disposition. Tout était fidèle à la description et aux photos. Anna Laura est réactive et attentionnée.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub bei Carla! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, gutes WLAN, schöne Einreichung und gemütliche Betten. Sie hat uns am Anreise Tag sehr nett empfangen und gab uns einen kleinen Rundgang durchs Haus. Ebenso Empfehlungen für nette Spots in der Umgebung, wie Bäckereien und co. Der Check-Out war unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen!

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Die Lage ist, wie andere schon beschrieben haben nicht die ruhigste aber man ist für sich. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, Videoüberwacht und abgeschlossen. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend groß. An der Ausstattung der Küche könnte man etwas investieren. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Weg zum Gardasee ist überschaubar und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen. Die beiden sind auch unglaublich gastfreundlich. Gefallen hat uns auch, das wir zusammen auf dem Privatgrundstück gewohnt haben. So war jemand direkt zur Hand wenn etwas war ( was bei uns nicht der Fall war ) aber gut zu wissen das jemand da ist.
