We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Esperienza di soggiorno che rasenta la perfezione. Gli host Caterina e Francesco, super disponibili, cordiali e reattivi, hanno trasmesso in Casa Zahar la propria passione per il bello, omaggiando il territorio e realizzando una struttura che è più di un semplice alloggio, grazie agli spazi esterni che circondano la villetta, dal patio al barbecue, dal pool bar attorno alla piscina all'orto e al piccolo, meraviglioso uliveto. Pulizia impeccabile, zona living con cucina di pregevole fattura super accessoriata, bagno di dimensioni generose, due camere da letto minimali ma elegantemente arredate. Molto utile la zona lavanderia, elettrodomestici recentissimi. Circondata dalla quiete della campagna alle spalle di Castellammare, Casa Zahar è in posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta della Sicilia Occidentale: Scopello e Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice e Trapani, ma anche Segesta e Selinunte, o Gibellina e la Valle del Belice. Consigliatissima!

La villa è immersa nella quiete e nella natura, lo scenario è mozzafiato. La casa è grande e comoda, con tanti spazi sia all’interno che all’esterno. C’è tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. La piscina è un meraviglioso plus, anche se l’offerta di spiagge meravigliose a breve distanza non ci ha lasciato abbastanza tempo per poterne usufruire come pensavamo. Da tornarci.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

A magnificent house with a breathtaking sea view. Ideal for families looking to spend quality time together in a quiet area. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, but you need a car. The house itself was beyond expectations, has all facilities, and invites to live outdoors. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, preparing an omelette while enjoying the sea view, I will never forget. Enjoying the evening from the very large Spa and taking an outdoor shower, we were totally unwinded after our week. Sicily is also such a great place. Special thanks to Francesco and his team for the hospitality and accurate communication.

Super Aufenthalt! Die Villa war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, die Aussicht und der Pool waren einfach atemberaubend. Eliana war nett und der Check-in einfach. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum, aber alles der Reihe nach.Wir (ein Paar mit 2 Kinder, 4 und 7 Jahre) und zwei Omas sind abends spät angereist. Emanueles Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Plus sie hatten für uns was zu essen besorgt. Tolle Gastgeber und Goldwert wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß in diesem Haus. Das Wetter hat mit gemacht und wir haben den Pool genossen. Morgens auf der Veranda zu frühstücken war fabelhaft. Nicht mal 5Minuten entfernt ist der Strand, der für sizilianische Verhältnisse sauber war, und wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort. In paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Bahnhof, aber für den Einkauf braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Cefalù ist 15 Minuten und Palermo 50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man 1 Emanuele hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen🤩Eine absolute Empfehlung

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Absolut fantastische Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hänge mit viel Natur!Trotz Abgeschiedenheit sind Restaurants, Tabaccio und kleine Souvenirläden fußläufig (800m) erreichbar. 2Km entfernt gibt es eine absolut leckere Cafetteria und den Scopello Market! Auch ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig (5 Min) erreichbar. Vincenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir in der Nebensaison (Anfang April) da waren und es vor allem abends recht kalt war, mussten wir das heiße Wasser fürs Duschen etwas aufteilen, da dies schnell aufgebraucht war. Einziger Minuspunkt den wir unterschätzt hatten, war, dass man sich die Einfahrt mit den Nachbarn teilt. Wenn diese zur gleichen Zeit anwesend sind, ist die Privatsphäre (wenn man die Terrasse nutzen möchte) sehr eingeschränkt. Grillen ist leider nicht erlaubt, was wir sehr schade fanden.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

Aldo da subito si è mostrato cordiale e reattivo, dando delle indicazioni precise e rispondendo e venendo incontro a tutte le nostre richieste (come ad esempio il check in anticipato). La casa è perfetta per famiglie con bambini, ci sono anche i seggioloni e giochi per bambini nonché un grande spazio esterno. Ci ha molto colpiti la gentilezza di Aldo che ci ha fatto trovare dei regalino per bambini e delle ottime panelle. Ottima accoglienza e comunicazione. Lo raccomando e ci torneremo senza dubbio

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Maicol was an amazing host! He was so responsive i got whiplash haha. Internet was down and I am so use to other host not respond I just dealt with it but 2 days later I decided to send Maicol a message and I wish I had contacted him sooner, he walked me through resetting the router and problem solved in 3 minutes! Thanks Maicol, I highly recommend this place!!

Unkomplizierte , liebenswerte, fürsorgliche, tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns fast wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt - Gabriele, Ettore und Ettores Mutter, die gute Seele des Hauses, hat uns mehrmals mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten versorgt und wenn das Wasser dem Ende entgegen ging, stand schon ein neuer 6-pack vor der Tür, gleiches gilt für die Bettwäsche - die Gastgeberfamilie ist ein gut eingespieltes Team, die im Hintergrund alles dafür tun, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Danke!! Die Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, ich glaube es gibt nichts Vergleichbares in dieser Nähe zu Palermo, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das azurblaue Meer ist direkt unter der Wohnung , wir konnten uns gut erholen und möchten wiederkommen, die Gastfreundschaft empfanden wir neben diesem Juwel an Wohnung ganz besonders!

Very much enjoyed staying at Salvatore’s house. Everything was as described and looked just like the photos. Pristinely clean and well accommodated, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was very special and the pool was pristine.

Loredana was very responsive to all of my questions before arrival and thank you to Claudio for meeting me at the train station and showing me around their nice home. The kitchen is stocked and I happily cooked and ate many meals at the dining table or on the balcony looking out at the beautiful vista view of hills and sea and the church. Only a 15 minute walk to the train and a few minutes to shops and stores makes this a great location to explore both Terese Imerese and surrounding areas like Cefalu and Agrigento. Quiet nights, comfortable bed with lovely Italian bedspread and cozy sheets and pillowcases, beautiful wooden furniture and ceilings, a lovely shower with bath all add to the extra level of comfort in this warm, inviting home. Thank you Loredana and Claudio for making my stay so special.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge auf Sizilien. Die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo und zum Flughafen sind ein absolutes Plus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung und der Ausblick vom Dach aufs Meer ist einfach toll.

Die Villa in Campofelice ist wirklich der Hammer. Eine tolle kleine und einheimische Gegend. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum, man hat alles was man braucht und ist in 3min am Strand, dabei ist es auch total ruhig, weil man zwar Nachbarn hat, aber wenn man keinen Kontakt will, hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe. Eine absolute Erholungs-Oase! Außerdem ist die Villa viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Es gibt auch einige Strandlokale und tolle Restaurants am Strand, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind! Der Gastgeber hat auch absolute Geheimtipps auf Lager, wo man besonders den sonnigen Tag mit einer wundervollen Sizilianischen Küche ausklingen lassen kann! Also total empfehlenswert! Auch mit Kindern oder klein Kindern super, denn man hat sein eigenes Grundstück mit einem Tor und man kann sich darinnen frei bewegen! Die zwei Außenduschen waren perfekt nach einem sandigen und salzigen Strandtag! 😉 Und auch die Grill Abende mit hier ausgestattet Grill waren toll! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Gracie mile!

Marina’s apartment above the beautiful beach if calla mazzo di Sciacca was a wonderful place to relax with my family for a week. The weather was extremely hot, so we spent most days at the pretty beach enjoying the clear water, shoals of fish and getting drinks and snacks from the beach bar. Marina’s air conditioned flat was a great place to escape the heat and sunshine and we had peaceful siestas each day. The locality is a quiet beach side villa complex just 3 minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to Scopello village for restaurants. We explored other local beaches too including the ones in the beautiful Zingaro reserve. Marina was an excellent host, always on hand to communicate with on any issue. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful break.
