Renta de lofts vacacionales en Picardy

Le logement repondait tout à fait à nos attentes et à la description. Nous avons pu y loger à 10 personnes et il était parfaitement placé vis-à-vis du lieu de mariage auquel nous étions conviés. La communication avec Sarah et Daniel et leur flexibilité pour l'arrivée et le départ nous ont grandement facilité le séjour. Merci !

We had a wonderful stay. The studio flat is in a great location- a quiet street and you walk a few minutes and you’ve got everything on your doorstep. Fantastic bakery, supermarket and great restaurants. the proximity to the canal makes it a very special neighbourhood. The flat is very cozy and decorated with thoughtful vintage furniture. Silvain was always reachable and the most wonderful host. He made sure we had the best stay. We can highly recommend this place. Merci beaucoup ✨

Our little group had a lovely stay at the loft. Easily accessible, private location with great proximity to great restaurants and the metro. Canal St. Martin is idyllic and very walkable. The loft is charming and has great amenities. The floors do creak as some of the other reviews state but for an older building with this much character that is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome for our group. Some of the rooms are smaller than we expected so that is something to note although it didn’t affect our stay. We had a very lovely time and would absolutely rent the space again.

Maria’s apartment is as described, cozy and cute. The surroundings are beautiful, this little square with restaurants and ahead, lots of beautiful shops. It was very easy to access, Maria was proactive and responsive to any question. Moreover, it is a very save area.

Gilian is a phenomenal host! He is very responsive to messages and had a great city guide to answer our questions before we asked. The apartment is as described. Clean, and cozy. It is in a prime location with the subway nearby, and many local restaurants. I prefer this place as it was not in a touristy location making it authentically French. Noise was minimal. We only heard people walking up and down the stairs. Which is normal. Neighbors were friendly when we ran into them. Felt very safe. The neighborhood comes alive at night. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

Herve se portó muy bien con nosotros, nos sentimos muy agusto desde el primer momento, el apartamento estaba increíblemente decorado, la cama super cómoda, cerca de todo, super romendable, volveremos a la ciudad y sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos con Herve. Super afortunados si volvemos posiblemente nos hospedaremos allí. gracias! xxx

Loft très bien placé, avec une décoration hors du commun (on est à l’opposé du Airbnb froid et impersonnel et ça, nous avons apprécié). Logement très bien équipé, notamment avec une literie de qualité. Et communication hyper fluide avec Fabrice. Peut être prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour le moment où le magasin situé en dessous se fait livrer.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Margot's lovely home in Paris with our family of four, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after our daily adventures in the city. The comfort level was top-notch, with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The charm of the home was evident from the moment we arrived. It beautifully combined traditional Parisian elegance with modern conveniences, making it both a practical and enchanting place to stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the wonderful sights Paris has to offer. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. Overall, this home provided the perfect setting for our family trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

Christophe e Caroline sono stati fantastici: purtroppo abbiamo avuto numerosi problemi con i nostri voli di arrivo a Parigi e loro sono stati disponibili, flessibili, comprensivi e accoglienti, oltre ogni aspettativa! Noi avevamo organizzato una riunione fra sorelle, dopo diverso tempo di distanza e la casa così luminosa, accogliente e piena di personalità è stato un elemento protagonista delle nostre giornate. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con ogni possibile utensile o elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. Per finire, elemento non marginale, è assolutamente silenziosa, ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. E' una casa fantastica, la consiglio caldamente!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

We stayed with a family of 5, but the apartment is quite spacious. Also, the room is very close to a metro station (one minute from the nearest exit) and it only takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre of Paris. There are also some supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a very good location. In addition, the host is always friendly and responsive. Thanks to the friendly host, we had a smooth communication and enjoyed our stay without any problems. This room is highly recommended if you want to stay in Paris in a quiet place with easy access to the centre. If I have another chance to visit Paris, I would love to stay here again!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED Leia & Yohan’s loft. The design, the comfort, the coziness, the calm, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is awesome, very calm with lots of small designer shops and great food. The hosts were amazing, kind, friendly, available, proactive. Honestly I recommend the loft with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back.

We loved our stay. Lirane was so lovely and checked in to make sure we were ok while we were there. Perfect location for us, metro 5 minute walk, lovely bakery literally 100m away which we used a lot! Space was large, modern and light. Felt safe when in the apartment. Large dining table was a lovely area to be social. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tlc but this didn’t affect our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Liranes place again.

Les points forts du logement sont : l'emplacement près de la place de la République, le calme et la décoration (beaucoup d'objets vintage notamment). Par ailleurs Reemt est très arrangeant et de bon conseil pour profiter de son séjour. Je reviendrai sans doute !

Super séjour chez Sylvette. Le logement était impeccable, on s’est très vite senti bien. Encore merci pour la réactivité des échanges et surtout pour avoir accepté notre organisation. Je conseil vivement !

Excellent séjour chez Flavie. Le studio proposé offre toute l’intimité nécessaire et l’accès au jardin est très agréable. Studio confort avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et très propre, bien situé pour faire de belles ballades en forêt et super accueil de la part de Flavie.

Sylvie was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and very flexible! She and her husband are some of the kindest people I’ve met, and I truly enjoyed our conversation. The room is well-equipped, offering great value for money, and comes with a private bathroom. The apartment is located in Puteaux, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Esplanade de la Défense station, which provides access to central Paris in about 20-30 minutes. Merci beaucoup Sylvie, et j'espère à la prochaine!

Lovely place for a long stay. Great location and very walkable. The stairs are TOUGH, just a fair warning. Really appreciated how much linen was available. Overall, absolutely recommend if you can climb five flights.
