Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

We loved staying at Rosalyn's house! It was full of very cool character, we loved the dining room and living room vibes. I drank my coffee in the mornings on the glassed-in porch, it was so nice and serene. The garden and landscaping are also lovely, it really makes the house feel private despite being two blocks from the center of Hollywood. The location is very central for visiting LA, it was a super quick drive to get to the East side, the Valley and down to Weho and Beverly Hills. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

Stayed here for my son’s college tour, this place is so close to Cal State Dominque’s hills which was one of the colleges we visited! Place was clean, safe neighborhood and kitchen is stocked well! It had all appliances and kitchen ware needed to cook and even had several spices to use. She welcomed us with a goodie basket and even had coffee for us! Highly recommend this home! Would stay here again! Host was very responsive and great communication! 😊

Perfect for a long weekend! We were in town visiting family and this location was perfect. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We had two young toddlers with us and the flat was ideal for them - super safe with nothing to really baby proof, no stairs or level changes, etc. and the easily accessible outdoor areas were great for letting the kids run around and expel some energy. The inside was very spacious and felt more like a house than an apartment. Overall a very easy stay and good experience.

This is a great location for a Disneyland adventure. We intended to utilize more of the complex’s amenities (mainly the pool), but we spent almost every waking moment at the Disney properties. Still, the pools looked great. We walked from the condo to Disneyland on two consecutive days and it’s not exactly close, in normal life terms, but in Disneyland terms (where walking is the norm) it is very close. You are basically across the street from the Disneyland Hotel. Clean, safe, well appointed. This is a great option for a Disney trip. Much better value than the Disney owned properties.

We chose to stay here rather than a hotel for our get-away. We went to Universal Studios and the next day, Disneyland. This apartment was very close to Disneyland, about 15 minutes. Very convenient. We arrived to find the apartment very clean, neat and supplied with everything you need to feel at home. It was a snap to get in & out. The bedrooms are large. The home is beautifully updated. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed having supplies to cook with. Our host was attentive, checking in on us a couple of times through the messaging app. We had a relaxing, restful time. Wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

Liza’s house was perfect! We enjoyed the location and the pool was great for our kids. Liza helped us with an early check in and was generous with the pool on those random cold LA days. The outdoor space is beautiful. We cooked our meals outside, poolside and enjoyed hearing the coyotes and stargazing in the evening. We can’t wait to return.

5 stars all around! Wish we could've stayed longer! Extensions were generously offered, but we had to be back in our town today so unfortunately we couldn't extend our visit. The weather was a bit too cold to utilize the pool but it was definitely still a nice, peaceful area to lounge at. I appreciate the privacy of the front patio and the entry was simply and sweet. The little touches around the house such as bowties for the paper towels and cookies left were very cute and made our short trip to Disney a little more magical. Would definitely recommend for families, each of my kids had their own room and ample space. The listing is exactly as pictured and the hosts were very friendly. 1000% better option than the local hotels. Check-in and check-out were simple and our trip was great. Thank you again!

We stayed with Yan during a business trip, and she and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. We had multiple packages being delivered, and she was so gracious and clear in her communication—truly above and beyond. We also had a couple of hours to enjoy the beautiful pool area, which was such a treat. Morning coffee by the pool was the perfect peaceful start to our day. Highly recommend!

We planned a family trip from out of state and found Ricardo's place to be the perfect place for our week long stay. In the words of my ten year old daughter towards the end of the week - "I love this place, this place is perfect". That says it all. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt rest and recharge each day. The pool was a great amenity, and its hard to beat the location. Centrally located in OC, we were close to all our friends and family. Would love to return for our next trip!

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. The place fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Thanks, Mark!

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.
