My family had a wonderful time here. It really felt like a home away from home. The space is super cute and cozy, with all the creature comforts -- good Wi-Fi, cable, comfortable sofa and beds, and everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen, bathroom or on the patio. It's beautifully kept and immaculately clean inside and out. The tree-lined backyard and patio are massive and lush -- offering a beautiful country setting, perfect for watching the sunset. It's also super convenient, less than a 5-minute drive into downtown Picton, close to restaurants, shops, wineries, breweries and key sites in The County. Hosts Carol and Bentley are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. They provide free/unlimited access to Sandbanks as well as free drinks at a local winery. We highly recommend.

Beautiful unit, very clean and spacious. Loved the ceiling height and heated bathroom floor. Our party was there for a wedding at Whispering Springs which is about a 5-minute walk to the main parking lot.

We really liked Jane and John's farmhouse, lots of space, nice surroundings of open fields and their presence just next door.

Victoria's place is what we expected & just what we needed for a relaxing romantic getaway. We felt very comfortable & homey, it was clean & she was very responsive & helpful before & during our stay. She accomodated us with a schedule change due to a massive ice storm so that we could fully enjoy the amenities during our stay. The firepit was definitely nice during a cool night. My one & only suggestion would be that the available firewood be covered or stored in a dry area as it was very wet due to the rain & previous storm & wasn't really usable. We bought some & figured it out with Victoria's help & was able to enjoy it. It was overall an amazing stay & we will definitely be back.

We had a short but very pleasant stay over the weekend for a wedding in the County. Jaclynn was extremely responsive and had made sure that things went smoothly for us during check-in. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the water, and is just a short walk away from the fantastic County Cider Company. We would definitely stay again!

I love Sue's place! Every time I am visiting the area, this is my first place to check for availability. Sue has a lovely apartment located right next to Lock 18, which can be enjoyed privately from the large deck or up close just a few steps away. Hastiings is a friendly town that is wonderful to walk around (both sides of the bridge), checking out the shops, having coffee from the local cafes, and in the evenings heading across the street to McGillicafey's Pub. Sue's place is quite, centrally located, and comfortable. I am already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Sue!!

Nestled In is a gem that is worth to find and then to return back again and again. I am definitely planning to do so! Absolutely loved warm welcome from owners, felt immediately at home at their place and was pampered beyond belief. Beautiful site, great vistas with sun rising.........morning coffee, yoghurt, fruit and delectable home-made cake from Brenda does not begin to describe the feeling of precious time spend there. Returned back from a day about town, I was welcomed by well equipped, pristinely clean large apartment with spacious common area with electric fireplace, spa-like bathroom, softest bed..........simply bliss. Truly a special place worth keeping in my heart and to recommend to others. Thank you wholeheartedly, Brenda, for your and your husband's generosity to open your home to me to appreciate this special place. Susan V

We had a great night at hidden retreat! David was so welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were great and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed time around the pool, using the hot tub and sitting around the fire at night. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

How can you not give Karen and this oasis 5 stars? From the beginning, Karen was so responsive and accommodating. She always responded quickly. Though we didn’t get to meet her, she was around if we ever needed anything or had any questions. We had a little issue and her son even came to our rescue. Thank you 🙏🏼 The place was the perfect getaway! It has everything you need. It looks even better than the pictures. The little touches show how much Karen has gone above and beyond in making your stay welcoming and special. The labels marking everything as either “guest use” and “private” was super helpful and organized. The winter views were breathtaking. I love how dark the bedroom stays in the morning with the blackout curtains. It really allows for a peaceful weekend. The only con was we didn’t get to stay long enough and had to go back to reality lol! This place truly deserves its 5 star rating.

Amazing place to relax and unwind. The prov parks pass is a huge bonus and makes its easy to visit all the parks nearby. Peaceful private beach with picturesque sunsets!

We had a wonderful weekend in Picton. Torsten's place is located minutes away by foot to great restaurants and bars on the main street. We enjoyed the farmer's market on Saturday and the Picton Night Market on the Saturday evening. Would definitely come back!

We have stayed here many times now and it feels like home. It’s nice to know what to expect every visit.

Working away from home for 5 weeks is demanding enough.... staying at Eric and Larissa's truly felt like a home away from home. Private, peaceful and cosy. Also enjoyed the beautiful hiking trail accessible from the property. Had everything I needed to cook, relax, and secure a peaceful nights sleep. If required I would re-book here without hesitation. Thanks to Eric and Larissa!

I had a fantastic weekend at this lovely place with my family! The home was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Waking up to the beautiful lake view right from the bed was a real treat. Benjamin, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

A great place to stay for a weekend in the County! We had the best time, 8 min walk into main st Picton! This place is perfect for friends or a couple, very spacious and clean and located right in the hub of the county, central to most wineries & other small towns. Would recommend and definitely stay here again the next time we are in PEC!

One of my favorite stays so far using Airbnb! We were four adults staying at this location to attend a concert at Base31. We arrived late at the location but check in was super easy, thanks to the clear instructions and self check in. Easy to find to location with private parking for our vehicles. Beautiful & super clean guesthouse. Loved the decor inside. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into this location for their guests. It's private with a good size deck outside (as shown in the pictures) with plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee. You can hear horses not too far away as a back ground noise. I would return or recommend this location in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a getaway, with or without children.

Great location in the heart of Picton. Very walkable to all the restaurants which are some of the best in PEC. Communication with the hosts made this a seamless stay. This was a perfect Valentine’s weekend given the snowstorm and the terrible weather, we had another memorable weekend in the county thanks to their hospitality. Can’t wait to return in the spring!

Avril and Gord were amazing hosts—extremely patient, responsive, and always available to help whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay again!

Christian and MaryJo are super friendly and were truly excited to have guests enjoying their space. All of the info they shared about restaurants and beaches ahead of time was super helpful. Wonderful area to visit and exceptional hosts.

Host Shaunvir and co-host Sydney are the type of hosts we all hope to get when renting an Airbnb—thoughtful and highly responsive. The suite is on the lower level of a lovely home set high on a hill overlooking the Trent River. It includes a kitchen, dining area, living area, and bed all in the same space. While that may sound a little overwhelming, it is so uniquely designed that everything fits and works together beautifully. I found it super comfortable and efficient. The other two small rooms attached are the bathroom/shower and laundry room. All appliances and fixtures are top-of-the-line and smartly coordinated, with most of the fixtures in a sleek flat black finish. This Airbnb is possibly one of the nicest for its size that I have rented in the many years I’ve traveled using Airbnb. I highly recommend it.
