We had a great stay at Valerie’s. A perfect location to spend time with friends off the grid. The home is spacious with everything you would need. We had 11 adults there comfortably. Valerie was quick to respond with any questions we had. We hope to be back!

This is our 4th summer staying with Brenda; her space is clean, fully outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen, and the sunset is excellent. Thanks Brenda!

This is a beautiful spot! It was the perfect place to stay for our visit to see our son at St. FX. Close enough to the school but far enough out and on the water to feel like a getaway. We will definitely book this house again.

The cottage was a peaceful and quiet place to stay, which we used as a point from which to explore beaches and communities along the Northumberland Straight. It was clean, comfortable and well kept, and contained everything we needed to make meals. Thank you Nicole and Cameron!

Eigg Mountain was very cozy and welcoming. Many extras and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the sauna and spacious outdoor area with sliding hills and fire pit. Yummy homemade bread, jam and muffins!

Thanks Dawn Another George Family Thanksgiving weekend on the road, a success ,made special by having a lovely place to stay where everyone can gather and feel comfortable . Doug and Sandy have created an exceptional airbnb, and they have thought of everything a guest might need to feel at home. The eat-in kitchen is completely stocked with great utensils, dishes, and pots/pans for cooking, baking and meals. And, lots of extras - books, games, two television, wifi, and more. The hosts did not cut corners on anything you'll find here. From the furniture and decor, to the thick towels, linens and comfortable beds, these hosts have set themselves apart from most airbnb's you'll visit. We took advantage of the world class sweeping water views from our Adirondack chairs on the deck, and loved the fresh air during our coffee time each morning. The sunsets and full moon were gorgeous, and wow, what an incredible stretch of open sky! We saw eagles, Canada Geese, and sea birds throughout our stay. Doug and Sandy have done a super job capturing Nova Scotia's hospitality, style and charm, and we will definitely be back for another visit!

Hannah’s home was perfect for our family’s stay. It is only 5 minutes from the Pictou County Wellness Centre, and there are several grocery stores very close by which was convenient for us. Hannah was highly responsive throughout our entire stay, very kind and responded immediately when we hit a small snag with the initial check-in and remedied it immediately. Hannah’s home is very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The mattresses/beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of attention to detail, such as Q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom and coffee pods and creamer in the kitchen. We would highly recommend Hannah’s home for your next stay in New Glasgow, and would definitely stay here again ourselves.

Very nice quiet place. The host was helpful, responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend!!

Lots of nice touches: lights on when we arrived, snacks (even milk and yogurt!), shampoo, board games, etc. It is not super clear from the listing, but the shower is at an angle, quirk of an old farmhouse. Taller people won't find it all that comfortable . We were also very excited about the hot tub, but less excited to realize it was around the back of the house. On a slippery cold winter day we chose to not take advantage. Overall this is a solid pick and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Michelle was very accommodating. Her place was easy to find, very clean and accurately described. My kids enjoyed the little touches such as books, toys and board games. We were a last minute booking and Michelle made it easy.

Great spot to stay. In town for work- good location, close to the hospital and town. Not the most sound proof from the family/kids upstairs but it’s great other than that! Would recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot to stay.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was equipped with all the essentials needed, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The host was amazing—very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 5/5 stars no doubt.

Really enjoyed the unit and the peaceful quietness of the countryside. Encountered three deer and a rabbit on our walks around the property. Very friendly and easily accessible area. The hosts were proactive in giving us our instructions and very responsive to any inquiries. We’ll be back again for sure.
