Recomand! Locuința este frumoasă, exact ca în poze și este curățenie. Gazda este de asemenea foarte amabilă și prietenoasă.

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großzügiger Außenbereich und ruhige Nachbarschaft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber gleichzeitig nicht weit entfernt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und auf alle unsere Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Sie hat alles geboten was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Der Check in war flexibel und uns wurde auch ein späterer Check out angeboten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, καθαρός που μπορεί άνετα να κοιμήσει 6 άτομα. είναι κοντά στο Καυτατζόγλειο και το ολυμπιακό μουσείο και έχει κοντά στάσεις λεωφορείων. το συστήνω!!

Kyriakos is the quickest, most responsive host I've ever dealt with, replying instantly to all messages sent. As he promised, he sent through instructions on how to enter the flat, 3 days in advance, with helpful pictures. I had a small problem with the key (not Kyriakos' fault) and he was very helpful in addressing it. The flat was very tastefully decorated and the Netflix perk was very much appreciated! The building is a bit tired looking, but the neighbours I met were lovely and helpful. There is a lift though I used the stairs. The place is close to the Metro (3-5 minutes' walk). I would recommend Kyriakos and his flat. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

I stayed here during my surgery recovery, and it was the perfect choice. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Très grand appartement, très bien équipé. Le quartier est calme. Georgios donne un maximum d'informations avant l'arrivée ce qui rassurant et il reste disponible tout le long du séjour. Merci pour tout.

Bardzo dobrze położony apartament, blisko sklepu i drogi głównej, a jednocześnie kilkaset metrów do plaży. Czysty i chłodny w upalne dni. Cisza I dwa tarasy. Dobrze wyposażony w przybory kuchenne.

We had a very nice stay at Xenophon’s place, everything was great and as described, super clean and he and his wife were very friendly, they allowed us to check in at a more flexible time. The location is perfect. Definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again :)

excellent raport qualité prix, accessible facilement en bus, la ligne de l'aeroport desservant l'arrêt juste au pied de l'appartement. logement tres propre, conforme aux photos. Hall sécurisé. Proche à pied du bord de mer et de la tour blanche ainsi que de quelques musées.

The place was delightful. Anastasia redefines the concept of generosity of heart. The place is fully equipped with a full kitchen and lots of amazing extras. These include: nuts, granola, milk, cheese… We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your special consideration.

Το value for money είναι πολύ ικανοποιητικο στη περίπτωση του studio του Γιώργου , το οποίο διαθέτει όλα τα κομφορ για μια ολιγοήμερη διαμονή, ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός, δείχνοντας επαγγελματισμό. Η γειτονιά είναι αδιάφορη χωρίς πολλά πραγματα να κάνεις, αλλά το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στο μετρό απέχοντας 1-2 στάσεις από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Accurately described and super cute with a view to die for! Maria is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to help us get our daughter’s special Spider Man back to us after he was left behind. We loved exploring the old city. There are restaurants and a monastery in one direction and supermarkets (downhill) both a 10ish minute walk away. The parking space is a godsend if you have a car and we found a Toyota Corolla to be a great size for the parking spot and for navigating the narrow streets in that part of the city. Comfortable beds a plus! We recommend it!

Η διαμονή ήταν άψογη, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και είχε όλα όσα αναφέρονται. Η τοποθεσία είναι εκπληκτική, κοντά στη θάλασσα, 20' από το κέντρο και με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στο ισόγειο της πολυκατοικίας! Η κυρία Κυριακή ήταν πολύ φιλική, απαντούσε άμεσα και ήταν διαθέσιμη πάντα όταν τη χρειάστηκα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

Amazing place! The hosts are great, friendly and ready to help you anytime and for whatever you may need during your stay. The house is fantastic, spacious, clean and fully equipped. The location is perfect, you can go everywhere by foot. All the restaurants, bars and must-see places are within a 2-10min walk from the Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was beautiful. The house was very clean and wonderful. The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking distance to Tsimiski street, which is a shopping street with famous brands. The host is very helpful and responds to everything immediately. We would definitely like to visit it when we come to Thessaloniki again. Thanks.
