Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

We spent a few (sadly, rainy) days October days in Casa Emma. The location, on the edge of a small mountain top village, is fantastic. From the garden you have an amazing view over the green Garfagnana valleys. The house is very comfortable, with many well-thought out details, like a little boutique hotel. The downstairs living room is not big but very cozy, with a wood stove. The kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Wifi speedtest: 27.7/2.5. The garden is very nice with many places to sit in the sun and shade, views all around. The pool looks great but the weather was unfortunately too cold to enjoy it. The house is next to a church but it is very quiet (no church bells), you only hear birds. Alessandro is a great host, always available via the app. On arrival, there was a nice welcoming package with some groceries and snacks. We'll have to come back one day to explore this beautiful region further, with better weather. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casanova. La maison était très propre et nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite. Environnement paisible et agréable bien situé pour des départs vers les villes majeures de la région. Les 2 semaines où nous y étions étaient très chaudes et de ce fait la température dans la maison également, surtout dans les chambres. Les terrasses des 3 logements sont situées en face de la maison et malgré qu’elles soient privatives sont en enfilade les unes par rapport aux autres séparées seulement par des canisses. La proximité et le bruit du voisinage est notre seul bémol. L’espace piscine est agréable et chacun dispose de sa zone de transats.

10/10 and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Stunning location with the most picturesque view. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided wonderful local recommendations from nearby towns - we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Tuscany!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Ottimo soggiorno! Ci siamo ritrovati immersi nella tranquillità della campagna. L’abitazione di Silvia esprime al meglio il suo potenziale nei mesi estivi, grazie alla piscina e alla splendida vista sugli uliveti. Tuttavia, anche in questo periodo (marzo) si è rivelata perfetta per chi, come noi, cercava relax ma anche una posizione strategica per visitare Siena e i borghi circostanti. Silvia è stata gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

The photos don’t do this place justice! I encourage anyone to book it, we absolutely loved it. The views are gorgeous, and the apartment is really big. We particularly loved the location, it’s very central to all the major spots. Stefano was so helpful, and kind.. thank you!!

La casa è immersa nel verde, riparata ed è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole all' insegna del relax. Ambienti puliti, luminosi e funzionali; esterni ben forniti e curati. L'host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Un luogo in cui ci piacerebbe ritornare.

The Stone House was gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with amazing views. It was private yet easy to get to many amenities/tuscany towns/wineries nearby. Emanuela and Giovanni were very responsive to our questions and requests. We requested for help to buy a bouquet of flowers to surprise our friend for her birthday on the day we arrive - not only did they take the time to help us buy it, they refused to let us pay for it! it was too cold for us to use the pool but I can imagine how wonderful it would have been if we could have used it. all in all, it was a great place to enjoy a dreamy tuscan holiday.

"The Nest" in der Localitá Torri ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Hochwertig, absolut komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Penibel sauber. Es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. In der Wohnung steckt viel Herzblut. Das passt zum Eigentümer, der selbst den Check-In und Check-Out gemacht hat. Ein so angenehmer, netter Mensch. Für Ausflüge ins bekannte Umfeld mit San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz usw. ein idealer Startpunkt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

We hebben hier een erg leuke tijd gehad! De Airbnb is een apart gedeelte van een mooi huis op een heuvel, het is ruim opgezet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kan leuk buiten zitten en er is een mooi zwembad. De hosts waren erg aardig en altijd bereikbaar voor hulp/tips. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area !
