La location è comoda sia per andare a Padova città che per i colli e le terme. L'host è gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Consigliato vivamente

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l’appartement. L’accueil a été impeccable et très chaleureux. L’appartement est au calme mais très proche de rues animées et un très bon point de départ pour se perdre dans les rues de Venise. L’appartement était très propre et agréable. Et notre hôte a été très amical. Il nous a resté un très bon accueil et a été à l’écoute de nos questions et très réactif. Je recommande !

A really nice base from which to explore Padova. The experiences walking along the two major streets - via Ospedale Civile (towards the Basilica / Orto Botanico) and via Altinate (towards Caffe Pedrocchi) were nicely different. The former has a very local feel with some bars / cafe (and laundry). The latter is more shops and services oriented with a nice access to the tram and the commercial life. I was there on some rather dull rainy days in February and the warmth and serenity of the apartment and gardens was joyful. Many have complimented the arrangement and the host - deservedly so.

Ce logement est une pépite à Venise et en Italie en général. Spacieux, extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied, à l’écart de l’agitation. Vraiment tout était parfait, de l’accueil aux conseils, en passant par la propreté. Merci

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, i padroni di casa simpatici e sempre a disposizione per eventuali problemi. La casa rispettava la descrizione, spaziosa, pulita e accogliente; perfetta per 4 persone . La posizione ottima, sul canale principale di Murano, e facilmente raggiungibile da Venezia.

Прекрасен апартамент! Топло, просторно, всички удобства за няколко дни престой в чудесната Венеция. Точното място за нашата група от пет човека! Отделни спални за по двама, две бани и тоалетни. На минутки от спирката на вапорето. Следваща спирка от гара Санта Лучия-голямо удобство за идващите и заминаващи с влак. Пречоръчвам закупуване на карти за целия градски воден транспорт- 45 евро за 3 дни. Районът с всичко необходимо- магазини за сувенири- на по-добра цена от тези около площад Сан Марко, супермаркети и невероятни ресторантчета. На минутка е закусвалня- кроасани, пици и Аперол! Стефано ни изненада с плодове и вино. Всичко необходимо и за хранене на място. Благодарим Стефано! С радост ще отседнем и при следващо идване във Венеция!

Casa molto ampia con due camere, cucina, un bagno e corridoio. Posizione molto comoda per i nostri bisogni in un’area tranquilla . Host gentilissimo che ci ha permesso il check in anticipatamente rispetto all’orario indicato

Sehr schönes großzügiges Grundstück mit schönen alten Bäumen, ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist super und die perfekte Abkühlung bei so heißem Wetter wie wir es während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten. Daneben ein umzäunter Gartenteil, wo man Ball spielen, schaukeln, Boule oder Tischtennis spielen kann. Fabienne und Giulio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück und es ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Umgebung mit Venedig, Padua, etc. zu erkunden.

Für uns als Familie mit drei (kleinen) Kinder war es perfekt. Es ist sehr sauber, gut gelegen, Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia und Carlos war prima und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind begeistert!

Super, nous avons passer un weekend agréable dans une chambre qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Dans la description il est mis qu’il n’y a pas de linge fournie, savons, sèche cheveux… mais tous est bien à disposition dans la chambre c’est top !

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren dort mit der Familie. Es sieht tatsächlich noch besser aus als auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit dem Tischtennis und Schwimmbad. Ich kann den Unterkunft wärmst empfehlen!

Det er nu anden gang vi har boet hos Giulia. Netop fordi stedet passer perfekt til vores behov, kom vi igen i år.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

L’alloggio di Alberto è esattamente come descritto e come foto. È davvero molto confortevole, caldo e con una vista bellissima sulla piazza e dalla quale si gode di uno splendido panorama. Arredi semplici e di buon gusto. Letti comodi e bagni molto belli oltre che davvero ben studiati. Consiglio l’alloggio di Alberto anche perché lui si è dimostrato sempre molto attento, gentile, reattivo e ci ha fornito diverse utili indicazioni. Check-in semplice. Cucina dotata di lavastoviglie e forno a microonde, due elettrodomestici davvero utili. Bellissima zona super fornita, bar proprio di fronte casa con una buona colazione a prezzi onesti, supermercato, macelleria, gastronoma ecc tutto vicino. Ottimo alloggio in cui tornerei molto volentieri. Grazie di tutto!

We spent 2 nights in Venice. The host was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy outside and we asked him to raise the heating temperature and he helped immediately. The flat is very quiet and calm but just a few minutes walk from good restaurants. The Rialto and the Saint Mark Square is a 20-25 mins comfortable walk from the flat. It was absolutely good to stay there. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped such as the kitchen, too. It was easy to check in. The host came there to show what we could find there and give some instructions and suggestions. We just had to leave the keys on the kitchen table. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

O kadar güzeldi ki, daha çok vakit geçirmek istedik. Geniş, ferah, kaliteli mobilyalar, lüks ve modern içinde hissediyorsunuz . Ayrıca italyanın eskiden gelen mükemmel mimarisine de sahip. Ayrıca ikramları, düşünceli yapıları o kadar iyi hissettirdi ki. Bulunduğu kasaba çok tatlı, konumu, çevresi, otopark imkanı, bunların hepsi rüya gibi zaman geçirmemizi sağladı. Aklımda hep olacak burası ve rotama uymasa bile saatlerce yol sürüp sırf tekrar kalmak için planlamamı yaparım. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Olga's home in Venice is lovely! Very Venetian, cozy and homey. Olga and Francesca were incredibly helpful and responsive to anything that came up and provided recommendations on restaurants and cafes nearby which was very kind. Everything worked well for our family, kitchen has everything you would need, rooms were well set up - the heating wasn't working great in one room when we arrived but Olga and team were incredibly quick to respond and help with a fix which was perfect and worked great for the remainder of our stay. The location is ideal and easy walking to everything in Venice while still being on a quiet canal. While it was too cold to properly use the outside space, we all said we wanted to come back and stay again in the warmer months because the patio and terrace were lovely and would be so wonderful to enjoy in warmer weather. A lovely home and Olga was a great host! We visit Venice often and hope to stay here again!

È la seconda volta che pernotto all'alloggio e come l'altra volta è stata una bellissima esperienza! In questo periodo dell'anno c'è ancora neve nei dintorni situata in altitudine e quindi la vista è stata ancora più spettacolare. Nel momento del bisogno per il camino a legno Roberto è stato gentile e reattivo rispondendo subito alle domande che ho fatto. Ringrazio per per la gentilezza e disponibilità che dimostra di avere ogni volta. Non mancherò di tornarci perché ora è diventato uno dei miei luoghi preferiti!

Sonja è stata veramente disponibile e gentile, l'appartamento è veramente carino e ben tenuto. Fantastica esperienza
