John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Excelente estadia en el apartamento! todo estaba impecablemente limpio, ordenado y nuevo, con muy buen gusto. Muy luminoso, bien ventilado y con aire acondicionado frio calor en todos los ambientes, incluyendo el hall de distribucion. La cocina tiene un diseño y equipamientos espectaculares! hay de todo lo que te imagines y super bien organizado. La ducha es amplia, las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, incluyendo el sofa cama. Valoramos el té, café, artículos de higiene, etc. La ubicación es genial, a pasos de shopping Nicetoile, en el Boulevard Dubouchage, zona residencial muy linda. El edificio es seguro. Maï y Didier siempre estuvieron atentos y respondieron enseguida. Excelentes anfitriones. Esperamos volver pronto a Niza y alojarnos otra vez aquí. Es uno de los mejores airbnb que estuvimos. Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family. This place was honestly perfect! Clean, great kitchen, spacious bedroom and i loved the living room area with the cuty balcony. There's a bakery right next to the place, where we got our fresh bread for breakfast + there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets close by. The communication with the hosts was one of the best I've probably had here. Super sweet, helpful and kind. I'd choose this place again, again and again! Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

La casa di Olga ed il luogo in cui si trova sono incantevoli. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e completamente arredata. La psicina è riscaldata. Di presenza è meglio che in foto. grazie dell'ospitalità.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Vieil Antibes- wundervolles Haus in der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Meer und dem Musée Picasso!!! Besser geht es nicht! Hervorragende, geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung, aus allen Zimmern mit Meerblick. Der provencialische Markt mit unzähliger Gastronomie in 1 min. erreichbar, der Hafen und Strand in 2 Gehminuten zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war bestens- herzlichen Dank und bis bald!

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Guillaume è una persona molto cordiale e piacevole e la sua casa è davvero perfetta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. La posizione è comoda, centrale e silenziosa e l’appartamento è ben tenuto e super accessoriato. Non manca nulla e la pulizia è impeccabile. Nelle zone limitrofe ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Da divoratrice di libri non posso fare a meno di raccomandare una visita alla libreria che si trova sotto l’appartamento, specialmente se si ha figli piccoli. Ho visto che il sabato organizzano letture di gruppo per bimbi e famiglie e l’ambiente è davvero accogliente. Grazie, si nota tutto l’amore che c’è in quello che fate!

Deuxième séjour chez John. L'appartement est vraiment bien placé pour visiter Nice. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. L'accueil d'Alex est très chaleureux. Une très bonne adresse !

Nous avons séjourné chez Raffi pendant 4 jours pour le carnaval de Nice. Bien que difficilement accessible en voiture car l’appartement est situé dans la vielle ville, Raffi nous a donné toutes les instructions claires pour se localiser et récupérer les clés. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et surtout très calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance between the sea and the main Cote D'Azur main road. Far better on the inside than the outside. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and view of the sea. Great base in Villefranche for all the places to visit and choice of public transport. One trip is not enough.

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

Agréable séjour passé dans l'appartement de Joseph. Tout était parfait : conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Le garage est en gros plus car tout est accessible à pied (commerces, restaurants et gare pour se rendre à Nice..) Je recommande ce logement.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Cyrils schönem Apartment. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar ein Babybett, was sehr praktisch war. Die Lage ist fantastisch – zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machte. Wir waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Vielen Dank, Cyril!

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Sandrine est une hôte très accueillante et sympathique et très à l'écoute .La terrasse sur le toit est très grande et très bien aménagée et nous offre une vue magnifique sur la mer.
