A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Location, Location, Location! Steps away from the Vatican and walking distance to the Metro. Stayed 5 days and great base of operations. Great restaurants in the street below. Many options for Gelato and Tiramisu. Stay was quiet and convenient overall. Federico and Monia responded to questions very quickly. Really enjoyed it thoroughly. Would gladly stay again!

El departamento es divino, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia completa y agradable. Giulia es muy amable y dejó que ingresemos antes del horario del check in! Realmente lo agradecimos :) además nos recibió con muchos detalles como productos de cocina, de higiene etc. Si tuviese que decir una crítica constructiva, el wifi es mejorable y la ducha es pequeña. Pero todo el resto INCREIBLE. Realmente lo recomiendo!

Absolutely brilliant! Alessandro is a great host! He was very supportive and responsive with everything I asked for. His apartment was crystal clean and easy to access. He even left some refreshments for us.

We stayed around 1 months in that place. Tha place was quite clean when we came. Madelyn were so kind to answer all the questions and helped us with all problems. Location of the place is also good. A huge market nearby, well connected to the main areas by metro and bus lines. There's no gas heating, which might be a problem for long stays since the AC is only at the bedroom. There's also a small electrical heater. Since the place is at the ground floor, you need to close the window cover from the outside for security, which makes the bedroom dark all the time and hard to wake up in the morning. Overall, I recommend the place and I want to thank Madelyn for her kindness.

Un très bon séjour dans ce logement bien organisé et propre. Les hôtes sont réactifs et de bons conseils. Les transports sont faciles d'accès et il est possible de rejoindre la ville à pied pour les plus courageux. De nombreux restaurants et commerces sont proches du logement. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous revenons sur Rome 👍🏻

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Giuliana mi ha "coccolata" con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza (kit per lavare le stoviglie, ciabattine, spazzolino/dentifricio, docciashampoo, e più opzioni da stuzzicare dolci, salate e tisane/caffè. Mi sono sentita meno sola e come a casa! Grazie Giuliana, tornerò sicuramente. Unica pecca....poca acqua dai rubinetti, ma forse stavano lavorando sulla linea? Super consigliato!

Claudia is a wonderful host—friendly, easy to communicate with, and incredibly helpful. Her place is impeccably clean and situated in a **fantastic location**! You can walk to all the major historical sites in under 10 minutes, surrounded by breathtaking Ancient Roman architecture that truly immerses you in the city’s rich history. Though I didn’t get to sample the homemade liquor she kindly offered, it’s at the top of my list for next time. I highly recommend staying here for a seamless, culturally enriching experience. Elvio oferuje mieszkanie w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie placu Świętego Piotra i tylko około 20 minut spacerem od stacji metra Ottaviano. Elvio jest pomocny i szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Gospodarz wita osobiście gości i ma dla nich wiele cennych wskazówek dla kierunków zwiedzania. W okolicy jest dużo niedrogich restauracji i sklepów. Mieszkanie Elvio oferuje dwie łazienki, dwie sypialnie, salon, kuchnię i dwa nieduże balkony. Będzie czekać na Ciebie skromne i smaczne śniadanie oraz zaopatrzona lodówka. El departamento es cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado. Tiene excelente conexión a pie con el centro histórico y una zona importante de restaurantes.

Paola was the best Airbnb host we ever had. When we arrived in Rome, we were picked up at the station and dropped off by her daughter and Connor. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and the BnB itself was clean, stocked with drinks and snacks, and had a convenient washer and dryer. They also provided recommendations of the area as well as amazing responsiveness whenever we had questions. DO NOT HESITATE to book this place. She is a world class host.

Pobyt u Carlo był naprawdę świetny. Pokój taki jak na zdjęciu, bardzo czysto i ładnie. Carlo jest bardzo miły i pomocny, jak masz jakieś pytania chętnie Ci odpowie. Zero problemów wszystko super. Polecam nocleg i gospodarza ❤️

Had a great stay in Claudio and Valerie's place. We met Valerie who was very welcoming.Check in, check out and response times were excellent, always available to help. Spotless room and bathroom and close to the vatican and metro station. I would recommend to stay here, thank you Claudio and Valerie, we will be back! Paul

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste Airbnb! A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos do Vaticano e ao lado da estação Ottaviano, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Roma. O quarto é espaçoso, moderno e muito funcional, proporcionando bastante conforto. O café da manhã foi um ótimo diferencial, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a Francesca foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias com clareza e garantindo um check-in tranquilo. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e bem explicado, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito este lugar para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma ótima hospitalidade em Roma!

Great location and amenities for the price. Metro is 10 min walk and only 2 stops to the colosseum 4 to the main train station termini. We stayed 2 nights and we were able walk all of Rome in 12 hours. We went to all of the places recommended and we liked most of them. There’s 2 sets of stairs to the room. We were kind of blown away at the cleaning service they do on the day you are there you have to leave the room between 11-3 which why would you stay in ur room when you are in Rome? And when we got back that night everything had been organized and cleaned. Like hotels used to do before Covid. Shower is large compared to others I’ve seen in italy so far and the floor and wall in front of the toilet are warmers which kinda blew my mind too. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple who just want a base to crash at while they are in Rome to explore.
