Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Bellissimo alloggio. Sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Grande cura per i dettagli. Grandi spazi sia nella zona giorno al piano terra che nel salotto al primo piano.Avere una camera al primo piano e due al piano terra con rispettivi bagni permette, volendo, anche privacy nel caso di due famiglie o genitori/ figli. Giardino molto piacevole con una piscina molto gradita dopo una giornata dedicata alle meraviglie di Roma facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino che porta a piazzale Flaminio. Sulla stada tra la casa e il trenino un ottimo supermercato per fare la spesa che unito alle delizie offerte dall orto ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevolissime cene sotto la pergola attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e illuminazione. Possibilita anche di rilassarsi con ping pong e calcetto. Grazie Lucia per il bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere anche con i nostri figli.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Estuvo increíble , silva es muy servicial estuvo muy al pendiente ,con buenas recomendaciones , la ubicación es maravillosa cerc ade todos los lugares turísticos caminando y con estaciones de buses a menos de 5 minutos , locales al lado del apartamento

Большое спасибо Бруно за предоставленные апартаменты! Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень порадовало наличие собственного дворика. В двух шагах от апартамента есть продуктовый магазин. Автобусная остановка до центра также в 2 минутах хотьбы. До Ватикана всего 10-15 минут пешком. Бруно очень отзывчивый, ко всему прочему, он дал очень подробную инструкцию и по ресторанам и по магазинам, а также по пользованию транспортом. По нашей просьбе он вызвал нас такси до аэропорта, большое ему спасибо! 🤗

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Le logement est très bien placé, dans une petite résidence pleine de charme,calme et très bien entretenue Le métro est à 2 pas et permet de visiter toute la ville très facilement Georgio nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous avons pu entrer dans l’appartement plus tôt que prévu Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location

Perfect place for a long stay with a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and an outdoor area that was lovely to enjoy lunch outside. Even though the train was across the street, somehow it was not noisy enough to bother us. The host was helpful and provided useful information. There are a few good restaurants, bakery, Gelato and supermarket just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Super responsive host, surprisingly cheap option, really sweet doll-like house in a nice area with the best food options around that we found in Rome!

The house was spotless. It also had a beautiful courtyard for eating outside. It seemed a safe neighborhood. Parking was adequate, but there were no places to walk to, so it was useful for our car. The host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped.

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Nous avons séjourné pendant quelques jours chez Barbara qui a été une hôte particulièrement chaleureuse et arrangeante. Le studio est bien équipé. Sa proximité avec le Vatican et le métro A est très appréciable ! Excellent AirBnb pour visiter Rome ! Ps : le restaurant Lume à proximité est une vraie pépite :)

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and with a unique entrance to the bedroom that gave it extra charm. The kitchenette was fully functional and well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. From the moment we walked in, the house had such a welcoming feel. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. We always felt safe, which is important when visiting a new city. You could hear a bit of city noise from the living room, but that’s to be expected in such a popular area — and in the bedroom, it was wonderfully quiet, so we slept great. We can’t recommend this place enough! The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our first trip to Rome so memorable!
