Amazing stay! The hosts were so thoughtful and truly thought of EVERYTHING. The property is beautiful and so clean. The fire pit made for some wonderful evenings and beautiful sunrises. We saw the local resident eagle a few times! Kid loved to explore around the water. Inside was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen very large. Beds very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! WiFi worked great! Everything was just so relaxing and cozy! We will be back!

This is a charming, cozy little place! Our family loved all the details, nature and scenery. Close to Crater Diamond State Park and local markets/store that we visited. We had an amazing time, God willing we’ll be back!

Words cannot describe this incredible find. I have stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years and none come even close. The house is incredibly upgraded and decorated. The house was stocked with all the dishes and cookware you could need. I can’t express enough how nice these accommodations are. We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding and having this incredible lodging just made the whole week even more special.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The host communicated with us before hand for an easy checkin and check out. It was very clean and clutter free. Highly recommend and we are already working on booking a summer trip.

This home was beautiful! Other than food that we brought, all the dishes and utensils are there already provided. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our visit there and we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed here with our 5 kids for a long weekend. We ended up being snowed in and had the best time. It is very secluded and serene. Jim (the cleaner/maintenance man) honestly took the experience from a 5 star to a 10 star. He played snowball fights with our kids, checked on us when he knew we wouldn’t be able to leave with all the snow to make sure we had enough food, and spent 5+ hours digging through ice and snow with me to help me and another vehicle be able to leave when we were stuck. He feels like an extra grandpa now! He even called in some kind neighbors who towed us up the hill. The cabin had everything we needed for our large family. Make sure to let Rich know ahead of time if you need extra linens for the fold out beds in the loft. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great vacation!

Absolutely beautiful area and cabin! Waking up to watch deer and enjoy a hot cup of coffee was just what we needed.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Autumn was very helpful and the cabin was so clean, with all of the details very well thought out. We felt right at home. The furniture throughout is all very comfortable and relaxing, including the bed, which was important to us. Very spacious and beautiful property. It’s very private without being too far out from things. We will definitely stay here again during the warmer months. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the Hangout for my daughter’s birthday, we wanted to float the river and just relax. It was the perfect place. Brian text me all the information for check in just in case the app was not working, I did text him on a small concern that did not in anyway affect our stay and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing place on Caddo River.
