I had a wonderful time staying at the property. We have family that live in the same community so it was really great to be able to walk over and see them. The hosts were responsive and the space was tidy and free of clutter. The only thing I noticed that could be improved is some of the neighbors park in the fire lane and would make it difficult to pull into the garage. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was exactly as described—both in pictures and in person. We appreciated the host’s upfront honesty about a small issue, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. Although an early check-in wasn’t possible due to housekeeping, the late checkout was a sweet bonus. Great place overall, and we’re truly thankful!

Place was nice and clean. Fairly well stocked with spices, cutlery and dishes. Lots of tv’s and show options. Our only complaint was the one shower didn’t work. No pressure or hot water. Which was a bummer. But they were responsive and tried to get someone in to fix it. They let us have a late check out to offset this. Nice location and close to mall and restaurants.

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a very nice condo complex. It is a variety of rentals and owned units so the owners are maintaining the property. It was easy to get too, close to major highways. Very nicely appointed, would definitely stay here again if in the area

Loved the neighborhood! The apartment was great for a couple visiting and exploring Phoenix. Very clean. Nice back patio. Walkable to many great restaurants and bars off Roosevelt. Close to the airport. Check in and out was very easy. Plenty of street parking available.

This condo exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—right across from Hance Park and just a short walk to downtown Phoenix. The unit itself is brand new, with stylish, modern furnishings that make it feel both comfortable and upscale. The balcony is a great bonus, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy park views and the downtown skyline. Amanda was an excellent host—responsive and accommodating, making the entire stay seamless. I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again!

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

This place is a great place for a family to stay. Quiet, safe, and plenty of space. We stayed for a week for my work trip. My wife and 3 month old joined. WiFi was fast and reliable to work and run Zoom calls from. 2 pools and a gym at the complex was a great feature as well. Pack and Play in the bedroom was brand new and very nice.

I got this Airbnb for my parents and they really liked it ! They said the location was nice and the place was just as the pictures show.

This clean, cozy condo was the perfect spot for me when visiting my Sun Devil. It was just as decribed, safe, and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect way to sooth sore muscles each evening after full days of walking around the ASU campus. Though the pool and hot tub area is a communal facility for this small complex, no one else was ever there when I was. I will definitely stay here again if traveling alone or as a couple.

I literally feel in love with this place! Stayed here with my wife, daughter and three grandchildren. It was perfect except for one bathroom.

We had an incredible stay here. The space was perfect and had everything we needed to relax. It was also perfectly clean. We loved the location next to the park and enjoyed lying by the pool. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This really is a hidden gem! It’s one of the best equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The coffee grinder, milk frother, and French press were a nice touch and I was able to get some locally roasted beans at a nearby coffee place for delicious lattes in the morning. The room darkening shades in the back bedroom were perfect for my toddler’s nap. And Ryan had some great restaurant recommendations for the area. Highly recommend. We’ll try to book this place again next time we’re in Mesa.

This is a good place for a small group of friends. Everyone gets their privacy easily. The unit is clean, peaceful, and well-decorated!
