I can definitely see why people have booked this place 10x+! First the directions, instruction and recommendations could not be more clear and helpful, time was taken to get every detail. The property is in a gated community and parking was easy even with our Tundra. The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful, secluded outdoor entertainment area and seating. Even with the pool area being communal, it was quiet and easy going. The little house we had was perfectly private, bed was comfortable, place was clean and super cute! The tortoises are awesome! Thank you Diana for sharing your space and having anything and everything you may need. We came to deal with family loss only, but we would absolutely like to return to vacation!

Susie was very prompt if we had any issues. Friendly and very easy to talk to at the end of our day. Nice and clean with kitchen well equipped. Very quiet and off the main roads but close to some great restaurants and golf only minutes away.

I stayed there a week for Spring Training and the place is ideally located for that, with all ballparks 15 to 45 minutes away. The washer broke down during my stay and the host was extremely responsive and let me use the washer in the yard in the meantime, which was a very nice alternative. The place is fairly clean if a little dusty. Overall, I do recommend the place and found it a good value.

A great private studio with a separate gated entrance and patio. Perfect for a couple of nights. Will book again if available on upcoming trips.

I’ve enjoyed my time here, it was pretty easy to move around on foot. Definitely worth it. The host left some coffee, chips and noodles soup to have it. I appreciated that since I arrived after midnight and was starving. Thanks for that!

This was our first Airbnb experience and to say that Debra sets a high bar is an understatement. She makes you feel comfortable, at home and well cared for. She took my senior mother under her arm (literally) and treated us all as family. The view from the front porch is spectacular. The entire property is a walkable, visual treat. Fresh eggs from Debra's chickens, lemons and oranges picked straight from her trees made breakfast off the chart! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!

Lisa's place was the perfect guesthouse for my recent visit to Tempe. The casita is charming and up to date with new fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything was just as described in the pictures and there was a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy the bougainvillea and birdsong! The neighborhood is walkable and I was able to easily walk to a nearby grocery store and coffee shop for basics. She is a great communicator--the stay really was perfect!

Great place, convenient location, close to downtown and fast exit to the highway. This Air BnB has everything you would need if you would like to prepare a meal yourself or just walk to several nearby restaurants, if cooking isn't your thing. The little zen garden is awesome and I wish I had more time to spend there relaxing. Cindy and Greg are super nice hosts, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

I feel so blessed to have been able to sneak into this place for a 4 day online retreat. It IS PERFECT! There was everything I needed and it is most certainly falls in the category of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! I had a sweet welcome note from the owner. The grounds are beautiful and I was serenaded by the coyotes many times!! Thanks Pat for sharing your home and I hope you are better soon! Thanks Robert for your help!

They were always very responsive! The cute little casita is as advertised. They provided very specific instructions which made everything so easy. If one or two people are looking for a little place to just get away, I’d highly recommend. Thanks !

Jill and her husband are very nice. The house looked exactly like the pictures shown on the website. Nice and quiet community, very great are nothing was more then 20 mins away from the home very convenient. My favorite part about the home was the rooftop loved watching the sunsets and getting in the hot tub !! . Will be a place to stay when visiting phoenix again !.

Greg's spot was perfect for our short stay. A terrific location, peaceful, quiet, but close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We spent 2 great weeks visiting from Whidbey Island, WA. We cannot imagine how anything could be better. The location was great, the home was clean, spacious, and was extremely well-appointed. The home itself is very nicely furnished and very comfortable. An added bonus was Shauna and Ray are both wonderful people and we spoke with Ray many times as he was working in his garage or passing by. We willl definitely stay 2 weeks again.

Small studio, recommend for a couple but had a decent couch for my son. It was close to our concert venue and easy to access.

You can’t beat the location with this piece! Very walkable to downtown area . Kyle’s place is very clean and modern. The neighborhood is very safe. There are many restaurants that were walking distance . Kyle is very accommodative with us despite some last minute change . Will come stay again if in the area.

We loved this place. Very accommodating with my family. Great at communicating. They put a lot of thought to the space to give you the essentials for your stay.

I travel all over the United States for work and I’ve used Airbnb for the majority of my trips and this place is hands down amazing, it’s quiet, peaceful, and the hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and magnificently organized and clean felt right at home I will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone…… I’ll definitely rebook again when I’m in the area

Great place ! The description of property was very accurate. We enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend to others.

Stayed here 3 nights with my teenage daughter and husband while visiting family. This home was so nice to come back to at the end of a long day with family. It was peaceful and I loved watching the chickens out the back door. There were wonderful snacks, drinks, and a dozen eggs for us in the fridge. Ginger was very easy to communicate with. Next time we go down to visit family, I will definitely check to see if this property is available for our dates as it felt like home.

Very quiet neighborhood. Everything you need or want is extremely close. Rachel was super, super responsive and helpful. This was our third stay with Rachel. We always come back.
