My husband and I spent 4 weeks at the home in order to escape MN winter and visit family. During our stay, we had adult children and grandchildren visit. The layout of the home worked perfectly for overnight visitors. The pool, hot tub and pool table were used daily. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and small park (with walking path) just around the corner from the house. Any service teams (pool maintenance, landscaping, garbage/recycling) were friendly and unobtrusive. The home is well stocked and comfortable, including the beds. The home is centrally located with easy access to a gazillion stores and restaurants. We did ALL the things during our stay, including a day trip to the beautiful Sedona. (Tik Tok is a great resource!) I can't say enough about Stephanie's response time and helpfulness. We booked a year in advance and from start to finish, she was a 10 out of 10. The only issue we had (with the coffee maker) was resolved with a brand new unit delivered on the same day. Thx!

We had a great stay for our spring break trip! Hedy and Jessica were very responsive and helpful when we asked questions and they even reached out to us after our arrival to ensure the house had everything we needed. The pool was great and the neighborhood is quiet. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby! We would definitely rent from them again!

The home was immaculate with modern decor and furnishings. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. Backyard is beautiful with a very large pool that was well maintained. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

David was generous, insightful, and proactive in accommodating my particular needs even though they were a little out of the ordinary. He found solutions to some unique challenges that really helped make my stay stress-free and comfortable. I am very happy that I found him and his rental property.

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Close to the freeway which made getting around super easy. Condo was clean and just right for me. Lots of thoughtful extras like soap and shampoo and a candle on the patio table that comes on each night.

Our stay was exactly as described—both in pictures and in person. We appreciated the host’s upfront honesty about a small issue, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. Although an early check-in wasn’t possible due to housekeeping, the late checkout was a sweet bonus. Great place overall, and we’re truly thankful!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. There was a little confusion trying to figure out the garage parking, but Allie was very responsive and helpful making sure we had access to everything we needed. The location was great, with very nice restaurants within walking distance. If you have the time, check out the Diablo rooftop bar inside the Cambria Hotel, less than a block away! Overall a wonderful stay with lots to do.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This was our first Airbnb experience and Emil & Christina were fantastic hosts. They were superb communicators - very responsive and helpful with questions before our trip. The house was very clean and had a lot of little “extras” that made our stay even better than expected such as toiletries, a bottle of wine, and sparkling water. The pool, hot tub, yard, and outdoor eating spaces were perfect for our family trip! It was a great place for our toddler -they put up a pool fence and had several kid amenities like a booster seat, stroller, blackout curtain, and kid-safe dishes. We loved how safe the neighborhood felt, too. There is a playground nearby that we enjoyed as well! We would definitely recommend this place!

Nice location… The home was organized…. Kitchen was well stocked… Large backyard and nice pool…. The host responded quickly to our questions…. Very nice place!

This was a pristine property with too many amenities to list. We loved the location, the many things to do at the house, and the close proximity to so many attractions. I’d definitely recommend this home for larger groups like ours or anyone looking for a home away from home.

Excellent location, clean and homey.

Easily the best-stocked AirBNB we've experienced. Everything we needed for cooking, bathing, etc. was provided. Even the sheets and towels were super soft. And what a lovely home-- very spacious and the high-grade flooring throughout was a plus. We opted not to pay the extra $90 to heat the pool (much to my kids' chagrin), but the back patio looked pretty amazing as well.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Host was so quick to respond and extremely kind. There were so many tiny little details to our stay that made it memorable for our family and the location was perfectly secluded, which is exactly what we wanted. The pictures don't even do it justice, it was such a gorgeous home. We couldn't figure out if we wanted to spend more time in the hot tub and pool, enjoying the waterfall and water slide, or if we wanted to watch more movies in the theatre. I brought my 6 month old daughter on her first vacation and the host provided crib, pack and play, and high chair so we didn't even have to pack those and it saved us so much space in the car. Every bedroom was gorgeous and unique, it was an experience in itself just exploring the home. I loved everything about our trip and would be so happy to stay again.

The house was great. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay very much. We had fun in the pool since it was heated(we paid extra for it) in February. Coming from very cold climates, that was a welcome reprieve from the cold and snow. Highly recommend the home.
