So peaceful and quiet. Easy to relax and enjoy nature. The home was clean and well kept - no evidence that dogs are allowed in the space. Loved all the little extras in the kitchen - plenty of dishes and cookware, some spices... we loved the kierig and the coffee pods that were provided! The mattresses were reasonably comfortable. We struggled a little to get the heaters to work. We aren't sure if the heater in the main bedroom works - we woke up cold every night. The bunk bed is not very heavyduty, and was not anchored to the wall. We were very uncomfortable with having anyone sleep up there, so we put the mattress on the floor instead. Loved the wildlife, supreme quiet and trees. Given we were there in winter, it was very hard to identify any trails. We were able to find our way to the river, but it was only about a 50' trail. So, we ended up taking longer walks along the dirt road instead. Overall, great spot for the price and would absolutely come again! Thank you!

Leigha and Travis’ place was the perfect getaway for our book weekend! The place was clean, cozy, and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped in the door. Leigha and Travis were the perfect hosts and were so accommodating - I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. Fast internet allowed me to work remotely from the cabin while my partner visited the local towns for the day. Doug was incredibly generous with little touches like providing wood for the sauna and fireplace, a stocked kitchen. Doug is a great host! We’ll be back!

It was a cozy, clean cabin with all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the lake was breathtaking and being able to use the pontoon boat was a huge plus. Our dog really enjoyed the large yard that was out in front by the lake. Katherine and Greg were very accommodating and extremely responsive with any questions that we had. Overall, this has been one of our favorite Airbnb‘s to visit. Can’t wait to come back again.

My family had a lovely experience at Kyle and Lois's cabin. It was cozy and we cross country skied right from the door, but it was also a very short drive into town, which was really convenient. It was exactly what we were hoping for and we would highly recommend!

Staying in this stylish lake home was such a pleasure. We enjoyed its elegant modern furnishings and finishes. It offers beautiful interior and outdoor spaces with sweeping views. We spent a lot of time on the roomy deck (note: no railings) and enjoying the handsome landscaping. The natural environment is pristine and beautiful. We stayed fourteen days and cooked all meals but two in the very well-equipped kitchen. The downstairs bed where we slept was very comfortable. There's a fair amount of boat traffic as this relatively narrow part of Cross Lake contains a reef mid-channel, making it an excellent fishing spot. The Lakehaus is also convenient to small and friendly downtown Pine City which we enjoyed exploring. So we loved our vacation here and will gladly return again! Cute little cabin for a getaway. Hosts were very responsive to concerns related to an alarm. I do wish there were blinds in at least the sleeping area. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would go back
