The check in was easy. The home was spacious and private. It had all of the amenities that were listed. I would recommend this home to others that plan to visit the surrounding areas.

Troy was very friendly and responsive. His place was great and we felt right at home. Better than the photos! Btw, thank you for the access to the apps on your tv. Made it easy to watch New Year’s Eve countdown and other channels.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

This was definitely the serene we were looking for. It was big enough for the kids to get loud without distracting the adults but small enough to gather around the dining and living room for us all to have dinner and conversations together. Our favorite area was the backyard and jacuzzi. The kids loved playing in the yard while watching the turkeys pass by. The backyard fire-pit was also a hit with us. We loved being outside and just enjoyed listening to nature. Definitely a 10/10 in our book! Shekhar was also very quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating throughout our entire stay. Such a beautiful home! Hope to be back soon!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs (or hotel for that matter) I have stayed in my life - and I travel for business on a monthly basis. If you are debating, take it. This place is a magazine come to life, and you really will not regret a single piece of the beautiful home.

Would definitely recommend staying here for your Sonora trip! Clean and comfortable, I can tell the hosts put thought and care into making it a smooth stay. Safe location with a nice front patio.

Loved our stay at Melissa’s! The place is a short 5 minute walk to downtown Sonora, everything was clean, and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the details like the complimentary treats and tea which we really appreciated. Also the place is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Highly recommend!

This room was great! The location was very ideal, as there was a handful of food options within walking distance. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Mariposa!

Great place to live for traveling to Yosemite

The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and we felt safe and secure. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The charming fireplace set the mood for a very relaxing evening after a very long drive. All around, it was a very relaxing stay.

This cabin in the woods was a beautifully cozy place to ring in the New Year! We had an amazing time and enjoyed all the extra little touches that made it extra special. We were glad to have the things we needed to cook and feel “at home”. We very much enjoyed the firewood stove in the living room and the cozy blankets! Hope to visit again in the Summer!

This cabin is everything that you would want for a trip to Yosemite. It’s as nice as the pictures! Comfortable, well-appointed, and everything you need, including cookware, toiletries, a beautiful deck, games, and even toys for kids. The hosts are also very responsive. 5-stars!

Cozy cabin with exquisite attention paid to amenities and creature comforts. EXCEPTIONALLY well-stocked: kitchen just like home; plenty of toys, games, and puzzles for all ages; towels, linens, and an abundance of blankets; and bathrooms prepared as you would for family. We made repeat trips to Yosemite with ease. Dark skies made for great stargazing. This experience sets a high bar for our next Airbnb to measure up to.

Amazing home in a great location! We really appreciated the little details such as dog bowls & treats, accessible fire wood, spices to cook and more! The house is very spacious, great for family and doggos. The bonfire area was super cool, we got to toast marshmallows and look at shooting stars! The host, James, was really flexible with us and super quick at responding. We appreciate the detailed instructions in his listing, we didn’t have to bother him for any additional questions, (we learned how to use a wood burning stove through his instructions listed). I definitely recommend this place to other folks looking to visit Yosemite or simply to getaway. 10/10!
