The house is in an excellent location, in a very quiet area, but just 5-6 minutes' walk from Lesseps metro station, which is only 4 stops from Catalunia, in the heart of the city. The house itself is amazing, spread over 5.5 floors (with a lift, for those who can't cope with this). Victor was there to meet me and gave a complete tour of the house. He lives locally and would have been on hand if we needed anything, but we didn't.

We so enjoyed staying at your place David- the combination of updated/modern with some of the artful touches of old (tiles, brick ceiling, shutters). We enjoyed being away from the bustle of Barcelona, the train ran frequently so it was not an inconvenience.

We are family of four (2 adults, 2 children). We stayed for 7 weeks and had everything that we needed and even more - very well equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, washer and dryer. We felt really comfortable. Self check-in was perfect for us, Alexandra was very responsive, welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed communication with Alexandra and we loved privacy she provided for us, we really felt that we are at home. The house is as described and even better. House is located 7 min from train station, 8 min from the beach, 2 min from supermarkets, there are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, children playgrounds in the surroundings. Canet de Mar is perfect for peaceful daily life and exploration of Barcelona and nearby cities. The only thing that we had to get used to were the cold floors. But I know that is just the way it is in Spanish homes and definitely not a negative, just something to be ready for.

Una bella casa, reformada con buen gusto, acogedora y funcional, con mucho detalle. Todo muy limpio, ordenado y cómodo. No ha faltado nada. El jardín precioso y la zona tranquila. Mireia ha sido muy atenta y la comunicacion completa con buenas sugerencias. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

We had a Great stay at Miguel’s house. The house has a really nice, warm, and enjoyable atmosphere. We immediately felt at home. Miguel is also a really nice host who is willing to help when needed or asked. Communication via AirBnB was very easy and during live communication we used a translation app (we don’t speak Spanish that well, Miguel doesn’t speak English). With the app, it all worked out really well and we will definitely come back! ☀️

Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. Groceries, a cafe, and a tapas bar are very close, and the beach-front restaurants and shops are just down the hill. The kitchen has all the basics and the host was very responsive when there was a problem with the coffee maker. Nothing fancy but good value!

The Poble-Sec neighborhood is quite close to the center of the city, and is well served by public transport (metro and bus). There are many small supermarkets nearby and some very good restaurants too. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchen equipment and a washer and dryer for longer visits. Beware of the six floors of stairs, but if you don’t mind climbing, the rooftop deck is an outstanding amenity for views and relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.

Lækker lejlighed med en fin terrasse/have. Fult Udstyret med rumlige værelser. Flere caféer tæt på. Sabadell er en fin og sikker by, dog et styke fra Barcelona som nemt kan nås med tog. Hurtig respons. Vil gerne benytte lejligheden igen.

We loved the stay here and will come back next time. The location is excellent next to all our favorite spots and restaurants in Gracia. The apartment is exactly as described and we felt right at home. We traveled with our 9 month old baby who also enjoyed the apartment. Only the steep and narrow staircase was a challenge with our baby stroller. But Juan was so kind to offer us a spot where we could store it without carrying it up to the apartment. Overall: definitely recommended to stay here

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Gisela est très agréable et aux petits soins, le logement était impeccable et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour Gisela nous a recommandé de très bons endroits Rapport qualité -prix imbattable Merci Gisela, et à bientôt !!

Accueil impeccable aussi bien par Alberto que par sa maman ! ( PS: Merci encore pour les tomates du jardin !!!) logement propre et très chaleureux. Le quartier est paisible alors que le centre dynamique de Platja d’Aro est à seulement 6 minutes à pieds (en descente) et 8-10 min pour revenir (en côte). Nous avons apprécié cette ville où il y a toujours une bonne balade à faire le soir. De plus, Alberto demande souvent des nouvelles si il y a besoin de quelque chose, c’est adorable. Très bon séjour de passé merci. Et un énorme bisous à Jeep qui rend la maison encore plus accueillante dès qu’on revient de notre journée.

Nice and cozy apartment with two private terraces with a stunning view of the city, you can easily move by subway or bike to visit the main attractions of Barcelona.

A wonderful place to stay. Away from the crowds of the city but so close to the train that we were able to get to the city center in 20 minutes. The place is exactly like the photos, clean, full of everything you may need to feel at home. Fernando was responsive and accommodating even with a last minute booking, to make sure we had everything for when we arrived after a long trip. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

It is a lovely apartment, in a perfect location. it is central to the sights and also near transit. Eduard is a perfect host, showing us around the apartment, telling us about the city and answering our questions. we found his support to be very helpful!

We loved our stay at Nathalie’s. The place is exactly as described and perfect to relax and get to know la Costa Brava due to it’s location. Highly recommended.

Nous avons pris le bus pour aller au centre-ville de Barcelone Je recommande cet appartement pour un excellent séjour

Notre séjour chez Carme a été formidable. Tout était propre, l’endroit est très calme et agréable. Carme est vraiment gentille et réactive, elle était toujours disponible. Elle nous a laissé des instructions très claires dans une pochette ainsi que deux livres décrivant les plages et les environs. Il y a un espace avant l’entrée où l’on peut faire de la marche, et la plage est accessible à pied. Le restaurant Carpi Pizza livre directement à l’appartement. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix et avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Merci beaucoup, Carme ! !

Fantastic villa with terrace overlooking towards the Med Sea. The private pool was so welcoming and necessary. Yana’s a great host with great communication skills and explanations. Loved the villa.

Exceptional is truly not an understatement. Such a beautiful and stylish home with every little touch thought through. We loved alfresco breakfasts in the terrace, sitting reading the incredible array of cookbooks with a coffee and cosy nights watching a film. Such a wonderful base within the city, thank you so much for hosting us!
