The place was immaculate! I knew the price was quite high for the specific location and type of place, but accepted it in view of lack of availability during the week of the US Open. I was grateful to find accommodations! My husband left all of the clothes he put int eh bedroom bureau. He knew that he left a brand new sweater received as a Father's day gift, but he also left 2 golf shirts and 2 pairs of shorts as well. Johnathon found them and sent them back! I am so appreciative! Johnathon restored my faith in people! Many thanks!

They made our stay amazing, going out of the way to make sure we felt at home. Not to mention the place was amazing, very clean, very quiet, just what we were looking for.

Great stay! Super close to everything within town so able to walk to all the nearby spots! Building success was super easy with keypad locks. Laundry was very convenient and the house was very quiet the entire time we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

This house is great, a brand new build in a quiet neighborhood in Southern Pines, it has so much room for larger groups or families, plenty of amenities inside like a full tv service, washer and dryer, a drip coffee machine and a separate Keurig, a nice back porch and some yard space, a single car garage that was very convenient during the winter. Jessica is wonderful, she had so much already provided upon arrival and the very few times I needed to reach out to her for anything, she was always very attentive and immediately took action to make sure I had everything I needed. This place is a great find for a great price and the host will absolutely take care of you

This was by far the best air Bnb we’ve stayed at. Everything was neat and clean and the decor was superb! Lilia was very hospitable and answered our messages in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back into town to visit our daughter.

Awesome stay!! Within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, and shops downtown! Ashley was a great host. She was always quick to respond. The house was exactly as described, and super clean! Would definitely stay again!

Wir können nur in den allerhöchsten Tönen schwärmen - was für ein tolles Haus, Umgebung und damit Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Inmitten einer wunderschönen Natur und schönen Golfplätzen. Wir hören immer noch das Flüstern der Pinien in einer leichten Brise auf der Terrasse und sagen danke für alles!!

Sue’s place is in a really great location. You can walk downtown easily, and there are lots of cute shops and good restaurants. The Weymouth Center is very close by as well, and they have wonderful music and literary events. The house is comfy, and there was plenty of coffee!

Came with my local pipe band so we wouldn't have a long drive to and from the Scotland County Highland games. The amenities were awesome, the furniture comfortable, and the instructions easy to follow. Definitely plan to be back next year!

Lilia was an amazing host. We've stayed in 4 or 5 condos in Pinehurst and Lilia's was by far the most spacious and homey of all. It's a 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs, which we've never seen before and really appreciated. Most Pinehurst condos are on a single floor, so someone else is either staying above or below you, and any upstairs-only condo requires lugging sets of golf clubs up and down the stairs daily, which can be a hassle and annoying to neighbors. Lilia's condo has 2 assigned parking spots in front so you can drive up and move clubs, luggage, groceries, etc. inside easily. My 76 year old mother stayed with us. Walking up the stairs not a problem for her. The kitchen is huge for a Phurst condo. Living area was nice and comfortable. The patio is sail shade covered, turf floored, private and quiet. I snuck in a couple of glorious naps out there. The condo residents are a mixture of owners who live year round. as well as other AirBnb's. We never noticed neighbors while indoor

Anja’s place felt like home, from the time we arrived to the time we left it truly felt like home. The place was well prepared and we did not want for nothing. The surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful. The condo was very clean and updated. This is definitely going to be our go to spot when we are in the area again. We were very satisfied with the accomodations and the helpfulness of the host. We spoke on the phone prior to our arrival and I felt comfortable with her right away. She was thoughtful and engaging. We plan to book again in June if the dates we need are available.

We’ve stayed here before and have always found Kimberly wonderful to work with (once at 11pm!). We love her place. It has everything we need and is a comfortable place for just relaxing at the end of the day. The condo is always clean, and the cleaning products they use are not overly perfume-y, which is important to me and my allergies! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We’ve enjoyed the screened in porch in warmer weather. Love Kimberly and love her place.

We were in the area for a funeral, so not a fun trip, but having such a beautiful and well-appointed home to stay in helped us get through a very tough week. We were very close to the rest of our family, with a great view over the golfcourse, and the condo was just an oasis of calm for us at the end of very trying days. We could do laundry, have a soak in the tub, watch a movie, or prepare some food in a very well equipped kitchen. LeAnn was a very kind and responsive host, and we had no issues during our stay at all.
