Ramon was extremely thoughtful and accommodating! He stocked the fridge with waters, had beach towels and beach chairs for my son and I to use — the list goes on. I even had the pleasure of meeting him and he’s extremely pleasant. I’d stay again!

Always a pleasure to stay at Tim's properties. This was the smallest unit I've stayed at but the layout makes it seem larger.

Anna is quick in responding requests and very accommodating to my needs. My family enjoyed a pleasant stay in the beautiful March weather.

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

Iggy was an amazing host who lived up to the expectations! The place was in a nice area to birdwatch from the patio, bathroom was very clean, and sheets were also very clean. Complimentary snacks included which was very nice! Good location close to central avenue, and about 15 mins drive from the beach. Overall, great stay!

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

This place is adorable. 2 Bed and 1.5 bath....more than we needed as it was just the 2 of us. But perfect if 2 couples rented this place. The half bath is off the main bedroom, so if 2 couples are staying with the full bath being more out in the common area would work well when people are getting ready and a 2nd bath was needed for "non showering" activities. Kitchen and washer/dryer area had amble room with modern appliances. Place was spotless with everything you need. Nice living room area with great wifi connection / speed. Location was great for us. We were in town for a concert downtown Clearwater on Saturday night. So out of the neighborhood and onto Drew St that took us right downtown. Sunday night we went on a dinner cruise out of the marina area, and again....Drew St took us right to the action. All in all....this place was perfect for us. Would we stay again....yes and already looking forward to that.....and you should too. Thanks Dave and Emily....A+++

This home was perfect for the 2 of us, very comfy and felt like home! Quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities. Hoping it will be available if we ever get back down to Florida!!

This home was perfect for our stay in Tampa during our kid's swim meet at the Northshore Aquatic Center, which was conveniently located just about 15 -20 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet. The house itself is immaculately kept—clean, comfortable, and an ideal base for us. It was stocked with all the necessary cleaning supplies, which was very helpful. Having a Trader Joe 10–14 minutes away was a great convenience. This house provided a safe space for us to rest and recuperate. Audrey was very responsive to our questions that made our stay enjoyable.

The house was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located to Clearwater for the beach & Phillies stadium.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Summer thank you so much for the stay! If your looking for an exclusive, quiet and scenic location with pool, hot tub, courts, kayaking + one bridge away from restaurants and entertainment, this is the place for you. Also, just down the road are multiple beaches and trails to explore. We stayed 3 days for a business conference nearby and my wife and daughter had a blast relaxing in the sun.
