What a wonderful place to stay! Absolutely loved that there was relaxing music as I entered. I felt welcomed the entire time. I now have my go to home away from home while in Florida. Oh I must add, she has an amazing book collection. Be sure to enjoy the awesome amenities as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great little place for two people that are looking to eat out for most of their meals. Basics available but there’s also a lot of good food nearby so take advantage. If you’re picky about pillows bring your own. We would stay here again!

Nice guest house, everything is presented well and the spot comes very well kept and clean.

We stayed local for a termite treatment. This is a Great location, restaurants and shopping near by. Everything we would have needed to check out the beaches w/o having to buy things. Thank you for providing what would be needed for a great Florida vacation.

This house was very beautiful. It’s close to the beach and a few shops. The hot tub area is decorated very cute. My teens enjoyed it. We had a few small issues but nothing that would make us not stay again. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns.

The place was as pictured. Very modern. All general areas very clean. Plenty of kitchen amenities. The place was very close to the popular downtown Clearwater, but far enough away from that bustle of that area. Outside patio could use some clean-up before the stay.

We had a last-minute change in our rental situation when we arrived in Florid and we are so happy we have found Christopher. He was quick to respond to our questions and he answered with honesty.

We felt at home the moment we walked inside. It was clean, nicely decorated , and comfortable. A very accommodating host. Thank you for our stay.

Great spot close to the beach! My family and I appreciated the backyard and outdoor space. Restaurants and coffee shops were an easy walk. Sneaking a peek of the sunset at the beach was only a couple minute walk. Neighborhood was fairly quiet even during spring break season.

We really enjoyed the place. Elna was very helpful in communication and even offered cat food so we could feed the cute kitties in the yard. Highly recommend!

Overall, a great place to stay! Lily was very kind and responded very quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect distance from the beach. The backyard and pool are amazing. She was able to accommodate 22 of us and it worked out perfectly! I am very happy with how our trip went and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. Only a short drive to all the stores and restaurants. Our time there flew by and we were sad to have to leave.

We stayed for three months and it was a home away from home. Waking up to sunshine (mostly) and green foliage + palm trees was a great way to start the day. Ty was very helpful and responsive to questions. Easy drives in either direction for shopping, to do things near downtown, or to visit the beach areas on the Gulf. It was a great experience for us!

Beautifully decorated home with lots of space. My favorite room of the house was the luxurious bathroom on the main level. The host was friendly and responded immediately. The heated pool was perfect and looks exactly as shown in the pics. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle between St. Pete and Clearwater. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we could ever need. The pool was also perfect. Incredibly clean and many pool accessories to add to a relaxing stay.

Great place, across road from the beautiful beach. Stacey was really responsive and answered any questions. Would highly recommend and would stay in future.

Bev's place was perfect for our family of 4 winter getaway. It honestly felt like we were at home. The boys (who are teenagers) had their own beds in the second bedroom, their own bathroom and the best part - it was all on one side of the condo separate from our master bedroom/bathroom side. Perfect for privacy and having our own spaces. The kitchen, dining and living area was beautiful and spacious, and allowed us to have my parents and brother spend part of the day with us. The sunset views are amazing and the beach is just steps away. Everything we needed was somewhere in the condo. Access to beach chairs and a cooler bag was an added bonus! Thanks so much Bev!

Super cute and updated condo - perfect for 2 people. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Great amenities provided - bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella - anything you could want!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
