Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

A chill from home experience, a true bohemian backyard vacation. The covered deck is a great place to hang out and count the squirrels and the occasional bluejays. 6 squirrels and 2 bluejays were the most I saw but there are almost always 2 or 3 squirrels running around. There is a pair of osprey nearby. Thoughtfully and very artistically decorated, old Florida charm.

Quaint little studio. Very quiet and comfortable. Bebe was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

I had an amazing stay at this cozy studio in St. Pete! The space is small but exactly what you need for one person—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a mini kitchen. The private patio was a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the downtown action but still so peaceful and quiet. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. One of my favorite moments was going on a sunrise run to the pier, watching the city slowly wake up—it was absolutely beautiful. Lisa was responsive and proactive with providing all the details to make checking in and out seamless and make the experience even more relaxing. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and convenient getaway in St. Pete. It was the perfect place to stay while house hunting for my forever home.

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

Such a beautiful getaway, every moment was perfect. It was everything we were looking for to celebrate a birthday and to just relax. The pictures are just as beautiful as in person. Felt at home! Very private and the best outdoor space. Sarah was great with communication and wonderful to meet! Thanks again so much 💜

I enjoyed my stay at Carols place. It had everything I needed. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would stay there again when visiting the area.

My husband and I rent a place in St. Pete for a couple of weeks yearly in the Spring. We were lucky that this beautiful place became available when we wanted to be in Florida. We won the prize! This place was centrally located so we could walk the neighborhood and visit the parks, restaurants and Central Ave. The house was perfect with everything we could possibly need and the lovely garden and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Danielle and Sam have provided everything in a detailed and caring way. We will return next year.

Perfect place just like the pictures! Very well lit, accommodating, and nicely setup. John did a great job building the home and responded well to any questions. Stayed here for three nights and loved it. Supermarket, coffee/bagel place, laundromat are all 10 minutes on foot or 3-4 minutes by car. Beach is 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car. The place is clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The space out back is cool and relaxing. Caleb made everything easy from the booking until check out time. In and out with zero problems. Perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple. Would definitely come back!

Luis is a great host. He always communicated immediately, was proactive , made everything simple and easy. The place is a very clean, well appointed Tiny Home that's just really easy to find, get in and out of and everything is new and clean. Couldn't be any better

5 stars. House was just as described. Hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms were immaculately cleaned. Outdoor area was private and peaceful. Will definitely book with them again.

Our stay was perfect. We were attending a music festival nearby and the accommodations had everything needed for a wonderful stay . The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the water bottles and doggie treats left for us . Brittany was an amazing host . So sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a blanket to sit at the festival . She gave us great local restaurants that we were able to walk too . The backyard was fabulous and so relaxing. Total tropical vibe . The guest house was well appointed and very clean and private . Parking on the street was not an issue whatsoever and a space was always available. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you again Brittany for being so warm and friendly. I felt like we were almost life long friends :) hope to return and see you soon

John and Pam were great host. The house we stayed at was clean cozy. The pool and bikes were a nice bonus. The neighborhood was quait quite. Their cat , crystal was very nice. Everything we wanted to experience was nearby. We plan on coming back. Thank you, Bret and Deb.

We had a very nice stay at the Bungalow, the interior and the decorations were awesome, the kitchen had everything you needed, check in and check out were super easy, overall a great experience!

Chris and Cindy were very helpful and informative. Whenever I had a question they always had an answer. If you love animals, you’ll never miss a beautiful butterfly sighting, or an adorable little feline while walking the premises. I got to met several different cats and they were all super friendly and approachable. Getting around the area can be confusing, but the people on the grounds were very helpful with directing you around to the right spot. If I’m ever looking to stay in the Tampa area again, I’d love to come back!
