Amazing place to stay. Hosts are amazing as well.

Bonie is a courteous and very helpful host; when we were unable to secure the first house, she helped us find this gem:-)! It was a great home away from home, quite private and particularly special during the busy holiday season. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Such a great place. Felt right at home the minute we walked in. It felt like a piece of the bush right near the beach and Kyne was incredibly helpful too. Booked the space to be near the start line of Comrades. But it offered so much more. Located very close to Umhlanga and the St Lucia mall but also a very short walk to the beach. There was a group of us staying and the space allowed us to have good communal space but also some privacy still. Only positive things to stay and will definitely be looking to stay again.

Place was exactly as described. A perfect place to rest a mere 10min drive away from Durban central. WiFi was exhausted on day 1 with my 3 children. I like to try new places. But Matt's place is a safe bet so will probably return. High 5 Matt.

Paul and Lee were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, also gave great recommendations to nearby restaurants. The house is so cozy and outdoors beautiful and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend and amazing value for money. Will be back.

Lovely place on North Beach rd. In Umdloti, one of the only single residents left close to all amenities on North Beach rd. Close to the beach, nice for a group, nice veranda/deck to braai. Clean and has all you would need.

What a wonderful weekend by the beach. Our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was simply blissful and being able to have our family dog with us made it all the more special. My family really enjoyed the stay!

Janne's place really is a home away from home. The cottage is peaceful and surrounding by a wonderful garden that overlooks some of the best parts of Durban. We didn't want for anything, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the bed was large and comfy, the internet was fast, the aircon is very effective and the cottage was very easy to lock up and go. I highly recommend this spot when in Durban and will be back!

Thank you for the stay at your cottage and assistance with the extra fence over the gate it really helped us to relax and feel at home knowing our small dogs could not get out. Our dogs are escape artists. Host is friendly, helpful and attentive. We would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in the Durban area.

Wendy's cottage was absolutely beautiful, had a gorgeous garden & was private. It had all the amenities including the use of a pool. Wendy was very friendly & kind, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much Wendy.

This was literally my favorite stay away from home. Sharon and Glen made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The lush gardens left us speechless and my 3 Weimaraners had the time of their lives. Sharon thought of everything, from extra treats for the dogs, to a nice welcome bouquet for the humans. I was a little nervous sharing their dogs space with my 3, but Sharon was a step ahead and planned the whole stay so my dogs had freedom of the entire property. I feel so lucky to have found this incredibly unique, peaceful and welcoming place. We will be back as often as possible! Thank you Sharon, what a beautiful memory you helped us create ❤️

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like complimentary fresh towels. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Trevor ands Andrea were very accomadating and approachable hosts during my stay. The location is lovely, and though a bit chilly at this time of year, plenty was readily available in the house ensure that my stay was a comfortable one! I brought a pet with me on my stay. Though the were not allowed on carpeted areas, my hosts were very considerate and helpful towards ensuring that his little holiday was a comfortable one too. I hope to stay again sometime!
