Loved this place so much! From the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Daniel was quick to answer any questions I had. Location was accessible to a few great areas of Charlotte, parking was easy, place was comfortable and clean. No complaints at all, and excited to return sometime! Actually I was sad when this place wasn't available for my next trip to Charlotte. First AirBnb that I've missed when I left.

My family and I had a great time during our stay over Christmas and New Year’s as did our furry friends! Back yard was absolutely a great place to spend time catching up on our kids lives and just talking.

Just Stay's location was great and the host was always quick to respond as well as very accommodating. The house was gorgeous and perfect four our girls weekend. One thing to note is people with mobility issues would have problems with this location as it is a typical Plaza Midwood Townhome. The bedrooms were located on the third and fourth floors. This was not an issue four our group and might have been clearly listed and I overlooked it. Other than that this was a great location and was a great unit for our girl's trip. If I find myself needing to stay in Charlotte like this again I would definitely re-book. The recommendation for a nearby coffee shop (Giddy Goat) was well received.

Annika was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and ready to assist quickly when contacted. The house was the perfect place for our transition from the UK for our first 2 months in the USA and we would highly recommend Annika and her home!

House was cute and having 3 1/2 baths was great. We were there for a volleyball tournament and location was super close.

Robs' home was absolutely perfect for my wife, our dogs, and me during our stay in Pineville. We came in for a New Year's Eve wedding, and this charming ranch home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and had a fenced-in backyard that was ideal for our dogs to play in. Being able to stay in a pet-friendly home makes traveling so much easier for us since we always take our dogs along. The linens were fresh, and the home was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and are so grateful for the hospitality. Thank you, Rob, for making our New Year’s trip so memorable! Highly recommend!

Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway. Very friendly neighbors. Asked for later check out and had problem with getting it approved. You might need to bringing simple daily little things like dish soap, air freshener…etc., or make sure to ask if it’s there…

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful residence, and so many hidden gems in the residence as well as thr backyard. I will be rebooking for the future. it is literally minutes from everything uptown ( downtown) restaurants and activities literally down the street without any of the noise of the city. Phenomenal residence and backyard, is a jewel.

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for such a wonderful stay at your home. Your place is absolutely beautiful, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches with all the guest amenities. What really stood out, though, was how you respected our privacy—everything felt so comfortable, and it made me feel completely at home. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was how you not only opened up your space to us but also welcomed us into your family culture. That, to me, was the most moving part of our time there. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like we were part of something bigger.

This place exceeded our expectations!! The pictures are on point! Ranin gave clear instructions on how to get in. Because of the weather, I was told that we could not enjoy the pool. HOWEVER... I got a call saying the pool guys would be outside would try to heat the pool. Yes.... heated!! They definitely went about and beyond. I only got to stick my legs in because that Charlotte wind was so disrespectful!! lol But just the effort was enough for me. I took full advantage of the beautiful bathroom in the master suite. Just look at the pics goodness!! You will absolutely love this place. I could say so much more. Definitely worth looking into.

Leigh’s property was just as described and was comfortable and clean. We loved it. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for an adorable cozy stay (also close to the airport). We enjoyed our extended stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Charlotte. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the place was exactly what we needed for the two of us plus our dog.

Sam's Riverside Retreat was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet weekend with family. The scenery is beautiful. The hosts couldn't have been any more polite and prompt with their responses when I had questions. 10/10!

The stay was great! My kids and I enjoyed out stay. I only had an issue getting the dishwasher to work, but 10/10 for sure!

Thomas put up with my scrambling well; he was always responsive to any questions and had lots of helpful things noted scattered around. My mates and I were happy that there was plenty of things to make waffles with especially. Great time!

Colby and Madison are friendly and responsive. The house was exactly what we needed. The location worked for us. The back yard was awesome for our dog. The huge Christmas tree in the front yard was an unexpected festive bonus. Thanks so much.

This was a great stay for us, convenient to our family. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Our own driveway. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Super clean, much better than typical Airbnb. Cooked our own meals and did some laundry. We will stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days and had a restful and wonderful time. We are from the area so know it well and have family nearby and this was an easily accessible, perfect spot for us and our 2 large dogs (boxers) to spend Christmas and New Years. The fully fenced backyard was a major bonus and very much appreciated by us and our pups. Our host, Tammy, was incredibly responsive throughout our entire visit, and so kind to let us extend our stay on short notice to one additional night before we started our return home cross country drive. All aspects of the house are comfortable - beds, furniture, spaces to move around in - and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking dishes. We have this place as top of our list for future visits back to our hometown!
