This was a great little spot for just 2 people. Not a giant place, but bigger than a hotel room and with a nice outdoor spot. There was some pet fur on a couple blankets (this is a pet friendly house), but everything was clean and as described. The parking in front of the house was fine, but getting onto and off of the road into the driveway was a quick because of how close the house is to the road. This still felt very private, though, and served our needs while we were in the village!

Had a great stay, checkin was a bit tricky if using a GPS to the house and not the main gates. Other than that we had a great time!

Beautiful scenery, and the space was welcoming and clean. Den and Di seem like great people, and were quick to respond and interact through message. Can’t wait to book our next stay here.

Nice little apartment. The bed is very comfy. Water pressure in the shower is great. TV is big and you can sign into your Netflix account. The only two things that are a little less than ideal are the carpet in the bathroom and the stairs/walkway down to/up from the downstairs apartment. I tripped a couple times, but I’m kinda clumsy. I’m thinking the walkway could use more smaller gravel rocks/pebbles to make it a little safer and easier to walk. In all, it was a great stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

My kids and I had a great time. The included amenities were the best part. The condo is on the older side but nicely decorated and sufficient for our needs. The available amenities were what pushed it over the top for my kids though. They loved the kayaking, and also the recreation center. I wish the kayaks were available a little later in the day as they had to be turned back in by 5 but it was for sure the highlight of our trip. The kids also loved going down to play pool and ping pong. Very nice to have extra activities included without constant additional charges. Emily was very responsive in planning our trip and very accommodating. My kids can't wait to go back next year!

Loved the entrance which was lit up at night and the gate added feeling of security. Very quite inside of the building and getting to all the attractions around hot springs was super easy from this condo.

We booked a quick weekend getaway in Hot Springs and decided to stay at Lago Vista. Everything about the stay was perfect! David was excellent at communicating all instructions with thorough and detailed emails. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures and such a relaxing weekend for our family! We particularly enjoyed the comfortable living room which had a large fireplace which we loved. The condo was spacious for us as well as our grown children. Conveniently located near town to restaurants, Oaklawn, and zip lining that we checked out. Will definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect spot! It’s a bit of a drive to town where all the attractions are, but that just gives you more time to enjoy good music and great company. The place itself is beautiful, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Hot Springs with Jason and Dawn, only about 5 minutes from Bath House Row and very convenient! The neighborhood wasn’t the best but it was nothing major. I’d definitely recommend!

My family and I felt very at home while on vacation! The location is perfect for adult and kid friendly activities, as well as close to stores. The host was very attentive to our needs and communicated promptly.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with new dish-ware, pots, pans, etc. It looks just like pictured, very clean and cozy. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions I had and very polite. We will most definitely be back!

This place is such a cozy place to stay! Amazing views - you will not be disappointed. Plenty to do between the hot tub, the grill, workout room, fire pit on the deck. The house is well stocked with all essentials. Ample bath towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.! Jeff & his wife care about their home and really try to make it feel inviting. They are not a management company and it comes across in all of the amenities and little treats sprinkled throughout. Very responsive and want to make sure your stay is going well.

Omg! The best Airbnb we have stayed at for a girls trip. My friends and I were amazed at the home. It had everything we needed. The host responded right on time for any questions that we had. The location of this property is very good, nice view from the patio. Very big house with lots of games. Just that few games like cornhole was broken. The foosball table was not maintained properly. Overall it was a pretty good stay.
