This space was exactly what we needed! It was very clean, nicely renovated, and situated in a quiet area, yet still close to downtown. The host was polite and very responsive. I couldn't believe the price—it was so reasonable! I have no complaints about this space whatsoever. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Dog friendly! Has good space we traveled with 4 people and there was plenty of space! Close to town and the surrounding was beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. There was an ice storm the day before our check in date. Donna communicated with us regarding the weather. She welcomed us and had the house ready for us even with the icy conditions. The house was roomy and very comfortable for our family.

This house was everything and more. Joy left freshly made cinnamon rolls for us at check-in that were delicious. There was an accident down the street previous to our arrival that knocked out the cable lines and they had not been repaired when we arrived. Joy let me know before check-in and actually refunded some of the payment because of the inconvenience. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here when we go back to Arkadelphia.

Beautiful, peaceful property with fire pit, tether ball, games, and deck with a wooded view. Cute decor and very comfortable furniture, the property was very clean. The host was very responsive to questions and had clear directions for the check-in, stay, and check out. I highly recommend this location and host.

Really enjoyed staying at this property.! We felt right at home and the setting was perfect for our family. It was very quiet and peaceful. Loved all the windows so we could see the natural light and all the trees!

Christopher was a great host, we are hoping this will be available again next year when we come through. Will stay again. Clean, accurate description, responsive host, comfortable beds and living space.

The condo was clean and updated. Has a great view of the lake from the balcony porch. Martha provided a booklet with local recommendations and clear check out instructions. They were communicative about construction in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. This location is so beautiful and peaceful, I would highly recommend for a quiet get away. There are restaurants a short drive away including in the old and new parts of Hot Springs. The Airbnb is perfect for one or two people and it felt very safe. We had our dog with us and the grounds were great for him, including the decking area where he loved to watch the birds.

Carla's condo was a perfect setting for an early year get away. Location was close to the lake and is surrounded by wonderful local and chain restaurants. The condo is very well maintained, was very clean, and offered all the amenities found in my own home. Although mother nature surprised us with a pretty snow, it was gone within 2 days. Hot springs is wonderful area with eclectic shops and the Bath House row is an architectural marvel.

Wonderful place in a slow and quiet neighborhood. Amazing views and water access. The owners were on top of any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable as well. Top notch! BB

We loved our stay at JoAnn’s apartment! The suite is located in a safe and peaceful area with a beautiful view. It was very clean, cozy, and we appreciated the early check in and late check out times. Would love to book again!

Such a serene little area, in the cutest little cabin!! The host is super sweet, and is extremely helpful with any and all questions you may have about the area/the cabin. The place was clean, well stocked with everything you'd need for a long weekend/short trip, and set up in a way that made it feel like home! We also loved that there wasn't too many nooks and crannies to lose our things. I'm really looking forward to making another trip to the area, and I will 100% make sure that I keep with the same host, even if it's in a different spot!

We were thrilled with the bungalow. The location is just far enough from Central Avenue to feel peaceful, while still being very easy to walk just about everywhere. The kitchen is huge and Jeannie was very kind and responsive. We had one issue with the water not heating up, and she came on a Friday night to fix it herself! (by the way, it can take a bit of time for the water to heat up. If it takes more than 5 or 10 minutes, the tankless heater might need to be reset). I will most likely come back and stay at this or one of the other bungalows.

Tammy was very responsive when I asked any questions. We loved the place. It was very peaceful and private. We were able to take our little dogs and that made our stay even better. We will be booking another stay/trip here. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Hot Springs. Thank you Tammy!!

This is a beautiful place to stay! The trees, babbling brook, all the birds in the trees- it was so peaceful and relaxing to just sit outside on the porch and take it all in! The cabin is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Christopher has all the small comforts of home that most don't even think about. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful stay. Very cozy and clean. Pet friendly, they had a fenced in yard, food/water bowl and bathroom bags available for guests. Host stayed in good contact before and during stay. Would definitely stay here again and would rent from host again.

Morgan's place is such a unique place that's very tranquil and almost feels like camping with a few modern amenities. It was nice to be able to sit with my boyfriend on the cute lawn chairs provided and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. There are chickens roaming around which was also fun! Morgan was responsive to any questions and amenable to a slightly later checkout. I asked to extend my stay and even though she had to decline due to a different guest coming in, she offered me multiple other options to be able to stay. I would recommend her and this property to anyone looking to get away and have a private place to enjoy the country.

Yoli was a great host! The home was very cozy and we loved the wrap around deck. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed making s'mores by the fire-pit. We saw deer twice. The home is close to downtown. It was stocked with everything we needed and we loved all the cozy blankets. The beds were comfortable too. If you need a retreat from a face paced life, this is the place for you! We will definitely come back!

Great home at a nice and peaceful location. far enough away from things to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything to make sure you had plenty to do. The home itself was great. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of room for our holiday get together. There was EVERYTHING already provided in the home, all we needed was food. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms etc., just like you were at home. I recommend before you pack something "just in case", reach out to Annie because she probably already has it available in the home. The yard was fully fenced in and gave the kids room to explore. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit to make smores and enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you Annie for sharing your home with us and look forward to staying with you again next time we are looking to stay near Hot Springs.
