The house was clean and the kids loved the ping pong table. We liked that we could walk across street to the recreation center with a playground mini golf and a pool! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We were very impressed from the start on how well kept this home is. We felt right at home from the start. The kids loved the pool and the large back yard to play frisbee!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was so relaxing and tons to do at the house.

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Really nice and clean home! Location was in a nice and quiet subdivision. Close to UNCW and Wrightsville Beach. The salt pool was amazing and clean (be careful of the wasps). Kitchen was well stocked and the addition of the video game was a nice surprise. Enough space for 2 young kids to roam!

We had a great time at Kristie’s place for our family vacation. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 children. The small private suite downstairs was perfect for my parents who like a little extra privacy. The private pool was a god send with small children and also well maintained. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect . Lots to do and plenty of delicious restaurants. I don’t think we drove more than 5 mins all week. The beach is beautiful and clean and located close to the house. There are other public beach locations super close as well if you didn’t want to walk. I’d absolutely recommend and would come back. I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

My family and I had a great time, and the host was very attentive. Communication was proactive, and very responsive whenever I had questions. The age range for us was 2 years old to 79 years old. It was truly a family reunion and a rare opportunity for my father to have all of his kids, grands, and great grands in the same place at the same time. Hopefully we will be blessed to do something like this again soon. Thank you for making it possible!

Our daughter, son-in-law and Grandson moved from Okinawa to Cherry Point. We came down from Pittsburgh to welcome them home. Aaron’s place was very welcoming and perfect for our stay! We will definitely be staying there again for future visits!!

Dees place was perfect for our stay. My kids enjoyed the basket of snacks and drinks the minute we walked in. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place in Wilmington.

I stayed at Sabrina’s lovely place while visiting family in Jacksonville. WOW. A cute, spacious lovely spot. Immaculately clean and cozy. My family enjoyed the great WiFi set up and the relaxing hot tub. The house is located within minutes of lots of local restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet and private. We are already planning out 2026 trip and this is the SPOT! Sabrina was very responsive and super helpful with any details we needed. HIGHLY recommend Sabrina’s place to anyone looking for a beautiful spot.

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

The home was beautiful decorated and felt like home. The area was great and was easy to get to place within 15min-20min. We made used of the outdoor bathroom which was so relaxing and peaceful. Will definitely stay again. Tim was a great host!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Breeze Inn! The views were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. We also appreciated the binder with all the helpful information about the area – it made exploring so much easier. Overall, it was a very relaxing weekend getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

We loved this stay! Was super private and felt like home! We did not want to leave! Ac is boomin and we love the upstairs chill area sun lighting is so peaceful! We recommend for sure!

My husband and I do not usually stay at Air bnb's because of a couple bad experiences. Now that we have two kids we needed a kitchen and more space than a hotel. David and Patricia's house was absolutely perfect. There were some toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard for my 3 year old to run, and so many other conveniences. We felt at home immediately. We will be staying here for any future visits. Thank you for having us !

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach with easy access, even with a stroller. It was perfect for our family with small children and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was smooth and quick. Highly recommend!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.
