The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was incredibly organized and had everything we needed for our short stay. The hot tub was wonderful. The house was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed our time there.

This was our second trip and still loved the vibe and found out more history of this colorful dream that has been built for others to enjoy. Looking forward to a round 3! Thank you for the clean and comfortable bungalows to stay in a home away from home. Our family has made lifetime memories in a short time. Nikki has been great at any questions we have had , as well as the maintenance crew with our curiosity of new developments. We discovered a few new Restaurants that the locals favored and now we are hooked! The eagle sightings are amazing, found nests as well. Thank you for our stay at Boardwalk Village.

The River house was a very nice, cozy stay - and one of the cleanest! Being winter the fire pit, hot tube, the bike trails within walking distance and the short hiking trail along the river were the highlights. Thank you Joe & Christina!

Ian’s place is terrific with a TV in every room even the main bathroom. Great brows from top floor and patio. Layout is accommodating for any activity. All lights appliances etc are well marked. Great coffee Keurig and up to date appliances.. We had fun meals games and work on the great wooden dining table overlooking the Quay and all manner of marine and water fowl life. Beds were comfy and towels and soaps etc aplenty. Highly recommend — would stay again and again. Thanks Ian!

great place!!! so much fun on our girls trip!!! loved walking around the lake. easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurant. only complaint is the early check out time. can't wait to go back!!!

Great place to stay on the lake! It was our first time to the area and it was a perfect location to Froggys on the lake which was just across the street. Nice area and friendly locals. Place was cute and clean and the porch was a fun place to gather and socialize with the lake goers. Beach was close by. Great house and great host hope to stay again soon!

This was a great find. We wanted a family-only fishing getaway for the kids’ long weekend, and this spot delivered. Off the beaten path but easy to access, great fishing and relaxing from the back patio, and the themed rooms are a fun backdrop. This was great, thank you!

Overall stay was great, and easy communication. Washer didn't work properly so ended up using laundry mat and the garage is tiny we definitely could not park our vehicle in it as stated In the listing . But the neighborhood was great and the fenced in backyard was nice and the place was roomy !

We had a lovely time - the area is still recovering from a tornado but Tani made sure we knew before booking and provided great info for the area and for her home. Spacious, I had a great desk to work from with a nice view of water, ducks and boats. She had everything you could want available.

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving getaway at the Cottage by the Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views of the lake. The cottage was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property was. Our furry family member had the best time exploring the spacious yard. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that genuinely cater to pets, but this cottage went above and beyond. The quiet, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for family bonding, were unforgettable. We are so grateful for this beautiful place and can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

The cottage appeared to have been recently remodeled and all of the appliances were new. The cottage was very tastefully decorated, with the antique furniture giving it an historic charm. The beds were comfortable and it was the best stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The location was great; it was in a quiet historic neighborhood with a pub and a neighborhood restaurant each just a couple of blocks away. Elaine was a great host, very responsible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dayton.

We came into town for a wedding we were apart of and our stay couldn’t have been better. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. The host was so nice and even messaged to make sure when we’d be checking in so she could have the lights turned on if needed. It was absolutely spotless and smelled so great when we first walked in. This was by far one of the nicest houses I’ve rented. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here!!

I walked into the house and immediately felt at home. This getaway space was the perfect recharge my partner and I needed. The hosts and community are welcoming. I turned my phone off for the weekend and did not regret it. There are so many activities for nature lovers! Bring a fishing pole (if you have a license) and your binoculars!! You won't regret it.

We had a great stay at Troy and Inna’s cottage. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful upgrades throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the cozy living room was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. One standout feature was the shower—absolutely amazing! It had great water pressure and felt like a mini spa experience. The Christmas decorations were a great touch! Overall, this cottage provided a comfortable, relaxing escape with modern amenities. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Dayton/Huber Heights, Ohio area!

My kids & pet loved the place. It was very cozy… we watched streaming movies & shows during the rain. We caught & released 4 catfish off the dock. My family wants me to book it again in the future. Several restaurants & coffe shop in walking distance.

Beautiful property. Very peaceful/relaxing. Clean home and owners are responsive and pay attention to details (mints, waters, and a basket full of toiletries). We will definitely stay again.

Well-equipped home with all you need and more for your stay! We were impressed by the variety of kitchenware, the cleanliness, and the comfortable furnishings. Would certainly recommend for a getaway at Indian Lake, the location is great and is near some nice walking trails.

Shower is rather small, my husband is a bigger guy and found it tough to move in. Other than that, everything was great!
