It was a pleasure to spend 10 days at Giannis’ Home, which is ideally located for discovering Athens. The view is amazing—truly one of the best in the city—and the place feels like a countryside retreat within Athens. After a full day exploring the bustling city, it’s a real joy to return home to such a serene and peaceful setting.

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο,με ωραία διακόσμηση,πεντακάθαρο,άνετοι χώροι,το κρεβάτι με το στρώμα άνετο , το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο με ντουζιέρα άνετη και με τζάμι που δεν βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω. Η ιδιοκτήτρια φιλική και εξυπηρετική κάθε φορά που θα είμαι Αθήνα θα πηγαίνω στο «Μικρό ρόδι «. Ότι καλύτερο έχω επισκεφτεί σε Airbnb.

Easy parking Excellent Internet/WiFi suitable for remote workers! Whats not to like!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

Over all 5/5 experience Expecially with the home theater setup. The host answered very quickly everytime I asked for anything. The only objections I would have you could have towards Athens in general so regarding the actual Airbnb there was no issues and I would recommend.

Smaragda was very accommodating with our check in and check out! She allowed us a late check out with no extra charge which was great since we all had different flight times. She also recommended and set up a Sri er for us and even did our laundry which by the way smelled amazing! She was extremely responsive which any request or question. Now the space! It was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing Oasis! Rey very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. A very modern dryer with glass walls/windows that opened for a more open feel! The rooftop was Perdue a morning coffee and daytime/nighttime relaxation. It had an ire of the mountains on one side and the o ran from the other. There were many beachfront restaurants witching walking distance and even ore quaint surrounding towns accessible by foot but also by a taxi if your nit in the mood for a walk. I would recommend this rental anytime! I was also informed Smaragda has more rentals in the islands!

Great apartment and location. Communication wa made very easy and everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the lovely little touches (shower gels and drinks and basics left for use) were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

The location is perfect near restaurants and shopping area, plenty parking available and quiet place. Will definitely choose again Alexandro’s house.

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

Maria was the best host, welcoming and extremely helpful. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for all the sights.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, cozy apartment, decorated with good taste. The 3 terraces have each their own vibe. The views are amazing. The neighbourhood is just stunning. Location wise close to the Acropolis and Plaka. Highly recommended!
